Այն, որ Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը բավականին ծանր վիճակում է գտնվում, պարբերաբար նշում են և՛ ՀՀ փորձագիտական հանրույթը, և՛ միջազգային բավականին հեղինակավոր մի շարք կառույցներ։ Փաստն այն է, որ հետքովիդյան և հետպատերազմյան շոկից ՀՀ տնտեսությունը չի կարողանում ուշքի գալ, իսկ իշխանությունները ոչ մի կոնկրետ քայլ չեն ձեռնարկում ստեղծված իրավիճակում համապատասխան լուծումներ և կարգավորումներ գտնելու համար:

Այս վիճակին գումարվում է ռուս-ուկրաինական հակամարտությունը, որը, տնտեսագետների համոզմամբ, բավականին լուրջ ազդեցություն է թողնելու ՀՀ տնտեսության վրա։ Մասնագետները նշում են, որ, ցավոք, ՀՀ տնտեսության հետ կապված ոչ հուսադրող կանխատեսումների ալիքը շարունակական բնույթ է կրելու՝ իր բոլոր ծանր հետևանքներով։ Մասնավորաբար, նրանք 2022-ին տնտեսության գրեթե բոլոր ոլորտներում բացասական ցուցանիշներ են կանխատեսում և նշում, որ դրական միտումներ հնարավոր են միայն գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում, այն էլ՝ կապված եղանակային առումով բարենպաստ տարվա, ինչպես նաև գյուղական բնակավայրերից ՌԴ արտագնա աշխատանքի մեկնողների ցածր թվի հետ։

Մեզ հետ զրույցում տնտեսագետներից մեկը նշում էր, որ էական անկում կլինի հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտում, հատկապես «Թեղուտ» ՓԲԸ-ի՝ աշխատանքների դադարեցման պատճառով, և ոչ միայն։ Ի դեպ, չի բացառվում, որ որոշ առումներով դրական ցուցանիշներ արձանագրվեն նաև զբոսաշրջության ոլորտում։ Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, գործող իշխանությունների ամբողջ հույսը միայն այս երկու ոլորտներն են՝ գյուղատնտեսություն և զբոսաշրջություն:
