Առանց ընկալելի նպատակի մարդիկ բողոքի ամեն նոր ակցիային մոտենալու են թերահավատորեն. Վրթանեսյան

Առանց ընկալելի նպատակի և ռազմավարության նույնիսկ ընդդիմությանը սատարող, նույնիսկ Արցախի և ընդհանրապես Հայաստանի ճակատագրի համար խիստ մտահոգված մարդիկ բողոքի ամեն նոր ակցիային մոտենալու են խիստ թերահավատորեն ու չմոբիլիզացվեն։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է ռազմական փորձագետ Կարեն Վրթանեսյանը։

«Բողոքի գրեթե ամեն ակցիայից առաջ և հետո (լինի այն համացանցում թե փողոցում) լսում եմ, որ դրանք անիմաստ են, «Այս անգամ էլ ոչ մի բան չփոխվեց, ցրվեցինք տներում» ևն։

Այս դժգոհությունները հետևանք են 2 խնդրի...
Առաջին խնդիրն այն է, որ մարդկանց երբեք չի բացատրվել հանրային գործողությունների անհրաժեշտության իմաստը։
Ճնշող մեծամասնությունը՝ նամանավանդ Հայաստանում 2018-ին փողոցով իշխանությունը զավթելուց հետո, ընկալում է ցույցերը զուտ որպես արագ իշխանափոխության գործիք։ Ու մարդկանց թվում է, որ եթե այս կամ այն ակցիան չբերեց իշխանափոխության, ուրեմն տապալվեց ու չհասավ նպատակին։

Իրականում ցույցերը և փողոցային ակցիաները նախևառաջ քաղաքական հաղորդակցման (!!!) գործիք են, երկրի ներքին լսարանին ու հաճախ նաև արտաքին աշխարհին ինչ-որ ուղերձներ հասցնելու գործիք։ Եւ կարող են շատ լավ աշխատել, եթե ունեն հստակ ուղերձների վրա կառուցված ասելիք։
Ու եթե այդ հստակ ասելիքը կա, և ցույցի կամ, ասենք՝ ֆլեշմոբի, միջոցով այն հասցվում է թիրախային լսարանին, ապա գործողութունը կարելի է համարել հաջողված։

Ավելին՝ քաղաքական հաղորդակցման տարբեր գործիքներ պետք է կիրառվեն զուգահեռ. նույն ուղերձը պետք է հասցվի լսարանին / լսարաններին տարբեր միջոցներով ու ձևաչափերով. ցույց, երթ, փողոցում ֆլեշմոբ, թռուցիկներ ու պաստառներ, գրառումներ բլոգերում և սոցցանցերում, հարցազրույցներ, հոդվածներ, ռեպորտաժներ, ֆիլմեր, գրքեր և այլն, և այլն։
Երկրորդ խնդիրն առաջանում է այն դեպքերում, երբ մարդիկ չեն զգում որևէ տրամաբանություն, հաջորդականություն բողոքի գործողություններում, իսկ դա իր հերթին էլ հետևանք է այն բանի, որ չի լինում հստակ ձևակերպված նպատակ և, ըստ այդմ, դրան հասնելու քիչ թե շատ ընկալելի ռազմավարություն։

Օրինակ՝ մեր դեպքում, հասկանալի չէ, թե արդյոք նպատակը Արցախի մնացած մասի պաշտպանությունն է, թե Արցախի վերականգնումը ԼՂԻՄ սահմաններում, թե ԼՂՀ սահմաններում, թե զուտ Նիկոլի հեռացումն է վերջնանպատակը, թե այլ նպատակ կա։

Ու եթե ընդդիմությունը հանրության համար ընկալելի ձևով չի սահմանում իր նպատակը (խիստ ցանկալի է՝ հնարավորինս կարճ, միանգամից ուղեղում դաջվող բանաձևով), եթե այդ նպատակին հասնելու ռազմավարությունը մարդկանց հասկանալի չէ, անիմաստ է սպասել, որ մարդիկ մեկ կոչով դուրս կգան փողոց կամ հոգեբանորեն կսատարեն փողոց դուրս եկածներին, կամ գոնե չեն խանգարի։

Առանց ընկալելի նպատակի և ռազմավարության նույնիսկ ընդդիմությանը սատարող, նույնիսկ Արցախի և ընդհանրապես Հայաստանի ճակատագրի համար խիստ մտահոգված մարդիկ բողոքի ամեն նոր ակցիային մոտենալու են խիստ թերահավատորեն ու չմոբիլիզացվեն։

Հաջորդ գրառմամբ՝ կոնկրետ օրինակով այն մասին, թե ինչպես ընկերների փոքր խմբով մշակել ու արդեն մի քանի ամիս է վարում ենք մեր հետևողական ու բավականին նկատելի հաղորդակցումը»,- գրել է Վրթանեսյանը։
