««Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին հայտնի դարձավ, որ ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմը պարզ ընթացակարգով մրցույթ է հայտարարել մեդալի, շքանշանի և կրծքանշանի տուփերի հերթական խմբաքանակները ձեռք բերելու նպատակով: Ըստ այդմ, նախատեսվում է ձեռք բերել 1000 հատ մեդալի տուփ, 500 հատ շքանշանի տուփ և 200 հատ կրծքանշանի տուփ:
Մրցույթի հայտարարությունը հրապարակվել է երեկ, իսկ տուփերը նախատեսվում է ձեռք բերել մինչև դեկտեմբերի վերջը: Այլ կերպ ասած՝նախագահականում Ամանորի են պատրաստվում: Չնայած մեկ տարվա կտրվածքով եթե դիտարկենք, այդքան տուփերը բավական շատ են՝ օրը չորս հատ մեդալ, շքանշան և կրծքանշան պետք է բաժանեն, որ սպառվի»,–գրում է թերթը։
Իհարկե, անկասկած է, որ պարգևատրվողների մեջ արժանավոր մարդիկ ևս լինում են, սակայն անկասկած է նաև, որ պետական պարգևները դարձել են նոմենկլատուրային մտավորականներին, պալատական ծաղրածուներին և ռեժիմի սպասարկուներին խրախուսելու յուրօրինակ միջոց: Ինչպես ամեն մի լավ բան՝ Հայաստանում պետական պարգևները ևս այնքան են արժեզրկվել, որ այն մարդիկ, ովքեր իրապես արժանի են Հայրենիքին մատուցած ծառայությունների համար գնահատվելու, մտահոգվելու առիթ ունեն՝ արդյո՞ք արժե իշխանություններին բոլոր դիրքերով տրվելու պատրաստ այդ խառնամբոխի հետ մի շարքում հավասար կանգնել...
Եվ ուշադրություն դարձրեք Նախագահի աշխատակազմի կողմից Ամանորին ընդառաջ պատվիրվող մեդալների և կրծքանշանների տուփերի թվին՝ 1700: Եթե մի պահ ընդունենք, որ անցնող տարում Հայաստանում 100-200 մարդ կգտնվի (հազիվ թե), ովքեր իրապես արժանի են խրախուսվելու պետության կյանքում ունեցած շեշտակի դերակատարման համար, ինչպես նաև հաշվի առնելով, որ իր իշխանապետության տարիներին Սերժ Սարգսյանը արդեն իսկ խրախուսել է տասնյակ հազարավոր ռեժիմի ստրուկների (կրկնում եմ՝ խրախուսվածների շարքում կարող են լինել նաև իրապես երկրին ծառայություն մատուցած մարդիկ), ապա հարց է առաջանում՝ որտեղի՞ց է գործող նախագահին հաջողվել ձեռք բերել քծնողների, կերակրատաշտի շուրջը ֆռֆռացողների և իշխանությունների կոշիկ մաքրողների այս հերթական խմբաքանակը...
