Ինձ թվում է, որ նման սցենարի մասին կարելի է խոսել որպես հիպոթետիկ մի բանի մասին, NEWS.am-ին տված հարցազրույցում ասաց Միջազգային գործերի ռուսաստանյան խորհրդի գլխավոր տնօրեն Անդրեյ Կորտունովը՝ պատասխանելով այն հարցին, թե կարո՞ղ է արդյոք Ռուսաստանը Ղարաբաղի հարցում վարվել այնպես, ինչպես 2008թ. Հարավային Օսիայի եւ Աբխազիայի, այնուհետեւ Ղրիմի կամ Դոնբասի դեպքում։

«Ռուսաստանը ճանաչում է Ադրբեջանի, ինչպես նաեւ Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը։ Եվ այն հարցերը, որոնք գործնական են, առավել արդիական, այդ տարածքում բնակչության, իհարկե նաեւ հայ հանրության իրավունքների ապահովման հարցեր են։ Իրավիճակն, իհարկե, կարող է փոխվել, բայց Ռուսաստանի համար կարեւոր է Հայաստանի հետ դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների պահպանումը, իսկ Ադրբեջանի հետ՝ գործընկերային հարաբերությունների պահպանումը։ Սա բավական բարդ խնդիր է, որը պահանջում է հարաբերությունների շատ նուրբ եւ ստուգված հավասարակշռում, քանի որ, իհարկե, եւ Երեւանում, եւ Բաքվում կան մարդիկ, որոնք կարծում են, որ Ռուսաստանը սխալ է պահում իրեն, որ աջակցում է մյուս կողմին, կան դժգոհներ, եւ իհարկե Մոսկվան պետք է հաշվի առնի դա»։

Պատասխանելով հարցին, թե ինչպես կվարվի Ռուսաստանը, եթե Արցախը որոշի Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության կազմ մտնելու հանրաքվե անցկացնել, Կորտունովը նշեց. «Դուք խոսում եք Ղարաբաղի բնակչության միայն այն հատվածի մասին, որը գտնվում է Ադրբեջանի կողմից չվերահսկվող տարածքներում, այսինքն դուք այս դեպքում խոսում եք Ղարաբաղի մասնատման մասին։ Ես չգիտեմ, թե այս տարբերակը որքանով է ընդունելի։ Դե ֆակտո կարելի է ասել, որ այժմ ինչ-որ տարածքային սահմանազատում կա, բայց այս համատեքստում Ղարաբաղի մասին խոսելն այնքան էլ կոռեկտ չէ։

Ինչ վերաբերում է հնարավոր հանրաքվեներին, ուզում եմ հիշեցնել, որ ոչ վաղ անցյալում ԴԺՀ-ի կողմից նույնպես բարձրաձայնվում էր հանրաքվեի գաղափարը՝ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության կազմի մեջ մտնելու համար։ Որքան ես եմ հասկանում, Կրեմլում բավականին սառն արձագանքեցին այդ գաղափարին, համենայն դեպս, ակնհայտ աջակցություն մենք չլսեցինք, թեեւ ԴԺՀ-ում զգալիորեն ավելի շատ ՌԴ քաղաքացիներ են ապրում, քան Ղարաբաղում: Այսինքն՝ նման հարց բարձրացնելու հիմքերն ավելի շատ են։ Բայց ես շարունակում եմ ենթադրել, որ Ռուսաստանը կձգտի պահպանել ստատուս քվոն մոտ ապագայում»։
