Արցախի Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Գեղամ Ստեփանյանն Ազատության հրապարակում հացադուլ հայտարարած Նվեր Կիրակոսյանին եւ Արթուր Ավագյանին կոչ է արել դադարացնել այն։ Այս մասին Ստեփանյանը գրառում է կատարել իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում։

«Դիմում եմ Երևանի Ազատության հրապարակում հացադուլ հայտարարած հայրենակիցներիս՝ Նվեր Կիրակոսյանին և Արթուր Ավագյանին։ Դիմում եմ որպես անկախության սերնդի ներկայացուցիչ, որպես հայ, որպես արցախցի, որպես մարդ, որի ճակատագրի մտահոգությամբ են նաև տղաները դիմել նման քայլի, դիմում եմ հացադուլը դադարեցնելու խնդրանքով։

Արցախցիներիս համար թանկ է յուրաքանչյուրիդ կյանքը և առողջությունը, որի վնասման սպառնալիքը մտահոգում է մեզ, ուստի հորդորում եմ դադարեցնել ինքնավնասման վտանգ պարունակող հացադուլը:
