Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունը, որ միջազգային հանրությունը պահանջում է իջեցնել Արցախի ինքնորոշման նշաձողը, ցույց է տալիս, որ նա չունի պետական ու ազգային շահի զգացում։ Այս մասին Ազատության հրապարակում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտարարել է ՀՀ ԱԳ նախկին նախարար Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանը։

«Ես այլևս ձեռնպահ եմ մնալու Հայաստանի վարչապետին մեկնաբանելուց, որովհետև վերջին մի քանի ամիսներին ցույց է տվել՝ պետական ու ազգային շահի զգացում չունի։ Նրա տեսակետը համընկնում է հակառակորդ երկրի տեսակետներին, ոչ թե մեր երկրի։ Միջազգային հանրությունն այնքան խայտաբղետ ու փոփոխական է, որ որևիցե մեկը՝ այդ թվում և գործող վարչապետն իրավունք չունեն կարգավիճակի իջեցման վերաբերյալ հայտարարություններ անել։ Ինքնորոշման իրավունքն արդեն իրացրել է Արցախը, միջնորդական առաքելությունը տրվել է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբին։ Վարչապետը փորձում է ապակողմնորոշել սեփական հայրենակիցներին», - ասել է նա։

Ըստ Հովհանննիսյանի, իշխանությունը շատ թույլ է ու այլևս չի ներկայացնում Հայաստանի ժողովրդին։ «Միջազգային հանրությունը երեսուն տարի տարբեր հայտարարություններ է արել, դրանք միշտ փոփոխական են եղել։ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներն իրավունք չունեն բովանդակային հայտարարություններ անել, դա իրենց մանդատի մեջ չի մտնում», - հավելել է նա։
