​«Դիմադրության» շարժումը թափ է հավաքում։ Ձեր աչքի առջև ամեն օր կրկնապատկվում է թե՛ մեր ակցիաների ու երթերի քանակը, թե՛ մասնակից քաղաքացիների թիվը։ Մենք շատ ժամանակ չունենք: Ամեն ինչ անում ու անելու ենք, որպեսզի մոտեցնենք բեկումնային պահը ու հստակ մշակված գործողություններով վճռականորեն «Ոչ» ասենք դավաճան իշխանություններին: Սիրելիներս, այսօրվանից սկսած՝ ևս մի քանի կարևոր գործեր ունենք. ցույցերի ու երթերի կողքին պետք է ձևավորենք դիմադրության նոր օջախներ։ Խնդրանքս է բոլորին՝ ձեր բակերում, փողոցներում, կոլեկտիվներում, գյուղերում ու քաղաքաներում ինքնակազմակերպվեք և սկսեք անհնազանդության բողոքի նոր ակցիաներ։ Խոսեք ձեր հարազատների, հարևանների, գործընկերների հետ։ Նրանց պետք է բացատրել պահի լրջությունն ու հապաղելու կործանարար հետևանքը։
Մենք պետք է կարողանանք ոտքի հանել ողջ ժողովրդին և շատ կարճ ժամանակում հաղթահարել մեր առջև դրված բոլոր մարտահրավերները։
Խնդրանքս հետևյալն է՝ ձևավորեք դիմադրության այդ օջախներն ու ամեն կերպ աջակցեք փողոցներում ակցիաներ իրականացնող մեր ակտիվիստներին ու երիտասարդներին։
