Էդմոն Մարուքյանը հրապարակել է Հայաստանի կողմից Ադրբեջանին ներկայացված 6 կետերը

Հատուկ հանձնարարություններով դեսպան Էդմոն Մարուքյանը Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության եթերում հայտարարեց, որ լիազորված է հրապարակել «Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության միջև հարաբերությունների հաստատման՝ Ադրբեջանի կողմից փոխանցած 5 կետերի վերաբերյալ Հայաստանի արձագանքը»՝ պատասխան 6 կետերը։

Մարուքյանը նշեց, որ փաստաթուղթը ռուսերեն է, ինքը ներկայացնում է ոչ պաշտոնական թարգմանությունը, իսկ 6 կետերը հրապարակելուց առաջ ասաց, որ Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովը ոչ դիվանագիտական լեքսիկոնով է արձագանքել Հայաստանի առաջարկներին՝ այն դեպքում, երբ Ադրբեջանի տրամադրած՝ 5 սկզբունքները ներկայացնող փաստաթղթի վրա Ադրբեջանի կնիքը չի եղել։

«Եթե այդպես է, մենք էլ կարող ենք ասել՝ բա ձեր ուղարկած թղթի վրա ռեկվիզիտներ չկան, Ադրբեջանի կնիքը չեք դրել, էդ ի՞նչ առաջարկ եք ուղարկել, էդ ի՞նչ 5 կետեր են։ Կնիքը չեք դրել, էս ի՞նչ ձև ա։ Հասկանու՞մ եք հայկական կողմի լրջությունը պրոցեսի նկատմամբ ու ադրբեջանական կողմի ձևերը»,- ասաց Մարուքյանը, ապա հրապարակեց Հայաստանի առաջարկած 6 կետերը։

Առաջինն այն մասին է, որ Հայաստանը պատասխանում է Ադրբեջանի առաջարկներին։

«Առաջին կետում գրված է, որ փետրվարի 21-ին թվագրված նամակին, որը հայկական կողմին է փոխանցվել մարտի 11-ին, այսինքն՝ 20 օր անց, պատասխանում ենք։

Ամենակարևոր՝ երկրորդ կետը՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը երբեք չի ունեցել և չունի տարածքային պահանջներ Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության նկատմամբ։ ․․․ Այստեղ ասվում է, որ Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության տարածքային ամբողջականությունը և սահմանները 1991 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 8-ին ԱՊՀ-ն ստեղծելու մասին համաձայնագիրը Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության հետ համատեղ ստորագրելով՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը վավերացրել է 1992 թվականի փետրվարի 18-ին։ Այսինքն, այդ ժամանակ որ մենք ստորագրել ենք, փոխադարձաբար ճանաչել ենք իրար՝ միանալով տվյալ կառույցին։ Երկրորդ կետը դրա մասին է։

Երրորդ կետը՝ հայկական կողմի համար հիմնարար են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայերի անվտանգության երաշխավորման, նրանց իրավունքների և ազատությունների հարգման, ինչպես նաև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի վերջնական կարգավիճակի որոշման հարցերը։

Չորրորդ կետը՝ հայկական կողմը կարևոր է համարում Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության նախագահի, ՀՀ վարչապետի և ՌԴ նախագահի՝ 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի, 2021 թվականի հունվարի 11-ի, նոյեմբերի 26-ի հայտարարություններում ամրագրված պարտավորությունները։

Հինգերորդ կետը՝ հայկական կողմը պատրաստ է սկսել բանակցություններ խաղաղության, հարաբերությունների կարգավորման պայմանագիր կնքելու և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության միջև միջպետական հարաբերություններ հաստատելու համար՝ ՄԱԿ կանոնադրության, Քաղաքացիական և քաղաքական իրավունքների միջազգային դաշնագրի և Հելսինկյան եզրափակիչ ակտի հիման վրա։

Վեցերորդ կետը՝ համապատասխան բանակցությունների կազմակերպման համար հայկական կողմը դիմել է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներին։

Սա այն է, ինչը որ Հայաստանը ներկայացրել է Ադրբեջանին՝ ի արձագանք իրենց ներկայացրած 5 կետերի»,- ասաց Մարուքյանը։
