Shamshyan.com-ի տեղեկություններով, Մայիսի 14-ին արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում: Ժամը 05:00-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության 4-րդ գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի պարեկները Տերյան և Կորյունի փողոցների խաչմերուկում ստուգման նպատակով կանգնեցրել են Nissan մանկիշի ավտոմեքենան և վարորդից պահանջել են վարորդական իրավունքի վկայականն ու ավտոմեքենայի տեխնիկական անձնագիրը ու այդ ընթացքում կասկածներ է առաջացել, որ վարորդը գտնվում է ոչ սթափ վիճակում: 

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վարորդը, ով Երևանի բնակիչ, 31-ամյա Լուսինե Վ.-ն․ է, ենթարկվել է սթափության փորձաքննության: Նա եղել է ոչ սթափ: Դրանից հետո պարեկները կնոջը հայտնել են, որ պետք է զրկեն 1 տարի ավտոմեքենան վարելու իրավունքից և լսելով դա, կինը սկսել է պարեկների հասցեին հնչեցնել հայհոյանքներ, հարձակվել և հարվածներ է հասցրել պարեկներին: 

Այդ ընթացքում վերջիններս փորձել են հանդարտեցնել  Լուսինե Վ.-ին,  սակայն  վերջինս շարունակել է հայհոյանքներ տալ, իր ձեռքի բջջային հեռախոսով հարվածներ է հասցրել պարեկներին, ապա մաստակը թքել նրանց վրա: Պարեկները ստիպված ոչ սաթփ վիճակում գտնվող կնոջը տեղափոխել են ոստիկանության կենտրոնական բաժին, որտեղ էլ իշխանության ներկայացուցչի նկատմամբ բռնություն կատերելու  համար նյութեր են  նախապատրաստվել ու Լուսինե Վ.-ին ներկայացրել են Հայաստանի քնչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի  քննչական վարչության  Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին: Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկութուններով՝ ավտոմեքենան տեղափոխվել է պարեկային ծառայության պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք, իսկ Լուսինե Վ.-ն ձերբակալվել է: 

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
