«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Կարծիք կա, որ վերջին շրջանում երկրաշարժերը հաճախակիացել են, իսկ դրանց ուժգնությունը՝ մեծացել: Հատկապես մարզային համայնքներում և այն հատվածներում, որտեղ բնակիչները «զգում են» երկրաշարժը, կա անհանգստություն:

«Փաստը» փորձեց արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունից պարզել, թե իրո՞ք հաճախակիացել են երկրաշարժերը, եթե այո, ապա ի՞նչ պատճառներով, և կա՞ անհանգստանալու պատճառ:

«Սեյսմիկ պաշտպանության տարածքային ծառայություն» ՊՈԱԿ տնօրեն Սոս Մարգարյանը նշում է՝ մի փոքր հաճախակիացել են երկրաշարժերը Ջավախքի գոտում: «Կցանկանայի ուշադրություն հրավիրել նրա վրա, որ սրանք ուժեղ երկրաշարժեր չեն համարվում: Ամենաուժեղը փետրվարին էր, դրանից հետո շարունակվում է այս ակտիվությունը: Բնակիչների անհանգստության մասին: Նույնը եղել է տարիներ շարունակ, յուրաքանչյուր գոտի իր բնութագիրն ունի: Մարդկանց անհանգստության պատճառն այն է, որ երկրաշարժերը եղել են մի քանիսը, այս պարագայում անհանգստությունը նաև բնական է»,«Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասում է Մարգարյանը:

Ընդգծում է՝ Հայաստանի ողջ տարածքին են բնորոշ երկրաշարժերը, և այո, պետք է լինեն թույլ, միջին ուժգնության երկրաշարժեր: «Իրականացնում ենք մոնիտորինգ, տեսնում այդ փոփոխությունները: Մեր բոլոր քայլերը հիմնված են մոնիտորինգի վրա: Հյուսիսում և հյուսիս-արևելքում ունենք փոփոխություններ, երկրակեղևում որոշակի պրոցեսներ են ընթանում, բայց այս պահին անհանգստության պատճառներ չենք տեսնում: Եղածները թույլ կամ միջին ուժգնության երկրաշարժեր են, պարզապես զգացվում են բնակչության կողմից»,-նշում է մեր զրուցակիցը:

Հավելում է՝ կարծիք կա, որ Ջավախքի ու Բավրայի բնակիչները մի քիչ սովոր են երկրաշարժերին, սակայն հիմա, երբ դրանք արդեն Գյումրիում և Տավուշի մարզում են զգացվում, մարդիկ սկսում են անհանգստանալ: «Սա բնականոն գործընթաց է երկրակեղևի համար: Ապրում ենք սեյսմաակտիվ գոտում, որտեղ տեղի ունեցող փոփոխությունները բնականոն երևույթներ են: Հաճախ է հարց հնչում երկրաշարժերի կանխատեսման մասով, թե ինչու չեն տեղեկացնում, որ երկրաշարժ է լինելու: Նշենք, որ կանխատեսումն ընդունված է ուժեղ երկրաշարժերի դեպքում: Երկրակեղևում տեղի ունեցող այս պրոցեսներն ուժեղ երկրաշարժի պարագայում լրիվ այլ մասշտաբների են հասնում: Տեսնում ենք բոլոր փոփոխությունները, եթե անգամ մի փոքր անհանգստության առիթ լինի, մեր ընթացակարգն ունենք, թե ինչպես հաղորդենք տեղեկությունը և տարածենք այն»,-եզրափակում է Սոս Մարգարյանը:
