ԱՄՆ նախագահ Ջոզեֆ Բայդենն այսօր շնորհավորական նամակ է հղել Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւին։

«Ամերիկացի ժողովրդի անունից շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ և Ադրբեջանի ժողովրդին Անկախության օրվա առթիվ։
