ԱՄՆ նախագահ Ջոզեֆ Բայդենն այսօր շնորհավորական նամակ է հղել Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւին։

Ներկայացնում ենք ուղերձն` ամբողջությամբ.

«Ամերիկացի ժողովրդի անունից շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ և Ադրբեջանի ժողովրդին Անկախության օրվա առթիվ։
