Ադրբեջանը ոչնչացրել է Մեծ թաղեր գյուղի Մանկավարժների պուրակն ու արձանագրությունը: Այս մասին հայտնել է Արցախի մշակութային ժառանգության մշտադիտարկում իրականացնող monumentwatch.org կայքը:
 
Օրեր առաջ տելեգրամյան ալիքում @ararathau անունով օգտատերը տեղադրել էր մի տեսանյութ, որտեղ արձանագրվում է Ադրբեջանի կողմից 44-օրյա պատերազմի արդյունքում օկուպացված Մեծ թաղեր գյուղի Մանկավարժների պուրակի ոչնչացումը․ պուրակի բացակայությունը(տեսանկյութը կցված է)։ Իսկ ահա նկարում երևում է պուրակն ու վերջինիս կառուցման մասին արձանագրությունը, համաձայն որի այն կառուցվել էր ի հիշատակ Մեծ Թաղեր գյուղի մանկավարժների և Սոկրատ Աղաբեկյանի։
 
Ադրբեջանի ցեղասպան քաղաքականությունը շարունակվում է՝ անկախ մեր խաղաղության օրակարգերի, և սա եւս մեկ անգամ վկայում է, որ հարևանները միայն մեկ նպատակ ունեն՝ ոչնչացնել մեր ազգի գոյության հետքը, իսկ կեղծ խաղաղության քողի տակ դա իրականացնելն առավել հեշտ է, իսկ հետևանքներն էլ՝ ավելի մեղմ։
 
Գրություններ եմ պատրաստում՝ միջազգային գործընկերներիս վերոնշյալ փաստերը ներկայացնելու և համապատասխան արձագանք պահանջելու մասին։
 
Հ․Գ․ Հաագայի 1954 թվականի «Զինված բախումների դեպքում մշակութային արժեքների պաշտպանության մասին» կոնվենցիայի 4-րդ հոդվածն արգելում է վանդալիզմի, գողության, կողոպուտի կամ յուրացման ցանկացած գործողություն և բացարձակ արգելք դնում մշակութային արժեքների դեմ ուղղված հաշվեհարդարի գործողությունների վրա։ Ըստ Հաագայի 1999 թվականի երկրորդ արձանագրության, որը գործում է նաև ոչ միջազգային (էթնիկ) բախումների դեպքում, արգելվում է ժառանգության հանդեպ թշնամանքի և հաշվեհարդարի ցանկացած գործողություն, իսկ այդպիսի արարքը, ըստ 15-րդ հոդվածի, որակվում է որպես միջազգային հանցագործություն։
 
Ըստ Ժնևի 1949 թվականի օգոստոսի 12-ի կոնվենցիայի առաջին արձանագրության 53-րդ հոդվածի` «Չխախտելով Հաագայի 1954 թվականի մայիսի 14-ին ընդունված կոնվենցիայի դրույթները, արգելվում է մշակութային ժառանգության դեմ իրականացնել ցանկացած թշնամական գործողություն, ռազմական նպատակներով օգտագործել դրանք, կամ հաշվեհարդարի առարկա դարձնել»։
