Ռուսաստանը Սեւ ծովում ձեռք է բերել Արեւմուտքի համար անսպասելի գործընկեր: Այդ մասին The National Interest հրատարակության համար գրում է Շուշանիկ Մինասյանը: «Սեւծովյան տարածաշրջանի աշխարհաքաղաքական իրադրությունում տեղի է են ունեցել նկատելի փոփոխություններ:

Դրանք ամենից առաջ կապված են Ռուսաստանի հետ, որն այնտեղ գտել է անսպասելի գործընկերոջ՝ ի դեմս Թուրքիայի»,-ասվում է հրապարակման մեջ: Հեղինակն այն կարծիքին է, որ սառը պատերազմի ավարտից հետո արեւմտյան քաղաքական գործիչներն զգալի չափով անտեսել են այդ տարածաշրջանը, իսկ Մոսկվան եւ Անկարան ինտենսիվ կերպով աշխատել են իրենց քաղաքական ու տնտեսական ներուժի ամրապնդման վրա: Երկու երկրներն ակտիվացրել են ջանքերը նոր տարածաշրջանային կարգի ստեղծման ուղղությամբ, որը մեծ չափով կհամապատասխաներ իրենց ազգային շահերին, նշվում է նյութի մեջ:

Մինասյանի կարծիքով, Ռուսաստանին եւ Թուրքիային հաջողվել է ստեղծել հարաբերությունների մոդել, որը հիմնված է ազդեցության գոտիների փոխադարձ ճանաչման եւ հանուն փոխշահավետ արդյունքների զիջումների գնալու պատրաստակամության վրա: Դա նրանց թույլ է տվել իրենց ազդեցության զգալի աճ ձեռք բերել: Դեռ ավելին, նրանք փաստորեն միավորել են իրենց ջանքերը Սեւ ծովում Արեւմուտքին հակազդելու ուղղությամբ, պարզաբանել է տեսաբանը: Լրագրողը հիշեցրել է, որ Խորհրդային Միության փլուզումից հետո Անկարան արեւմտյան երկրների կողմից դիտվել է որպես հակակշիռ Մոսկվային, սակայն Թուրքիայի արտաքին քաղաքականությունը գնաց Արեւմուտքի համար անսպասելի վեկտոր եւ Ռուսաստանի դեմ պայքարելու փոխարեն թուրքական կողմն սկսեց ակտիվորեն փոխգործակցել նրա հետ, ամփոփվում է նյութի մեջ, հաղորդել էՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
