Գլխավոր շտաբի պաշտոնյան լրագրողների հետ զրույցում համոզում է, որ պաշտպանության ներկայիս նախարարի ջանքերով, բանակ զորակոչվող պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայողները նախ 5 ամիս ժամկետով ծառայություն կկրեն ուսումնական հրաձգային գումարտակներում, որից հետո միայն կարող են ընդգրկվել մարտական հերթապահություն կրող ստորաբաժանումներում։
Լրագրողներից մեկն արձագանքեց, որ նախկինում էլ է այդ կարգը գործել, սակայն ԳՇ պաշտոնյան կրկին պնդեց, որ դա նորություն է։
Հիմա ինձ կհամոզեն, որ ես տարիներով ոչ թե նույն ուսումնական գումարտակներ եմ այցելել, նույն 5 ամիսը հետևել, թե ով ինչով է զբաղվում, այլ դա ուղղակի երազ է եղել։
Հազարավոր մարդիկ են ԳՇ պաշտոնյայի նկարագրած սխեմայով զորակոչվել բանակ, առաջին 5 ամիսն անցկացրել ուսումնական գումարտակներում, ապա նոր միայն համալրել մարտական հերթապահություն կրող հրաձգային գումարտակները։
Բացառություններ եղել որոշ ստորաբաժանումների և խիստ սահմանափակված անձնակազմի համար։
Բայց կրկնում եմ՝ սա բանակում նորություն չէ։
Նույն պաշտոնյան պնդում է, որ Արցախ ՀՀ-ից զորակոչ չի գնում, որովհետև քաղաքական որոշում կա Պաշտպանության բանակը համալրել բացառապես պայմանագրային անձնակազմով։
Նախ ՊԲ-ն համալրվում է նաև Արցախի պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայողներով, երկրորդ, ՊԲ-ն փորձում են առավելագույնս պայմանագրայիններով համալրել, որովհետև ՀՀ իշխանությունների ՔԱՂԱՔԱԿԱՆ ՈՐՈՇՄԱՆ հետևանքով ՀՀ-ից զորակոչ Արցախ չի գնում։
ԳՇ պաշտոնյայի մյուս հայտարարություններին չեմ ուզում բոլոր մանրամասներով անդրադառնալ զուտ անվտանգային նկատառումներից ելնելով, թե չէ ասելիք շատ կա, բայց գնդապետ Սահակ Սահակյանին խորհուրդ եմ տալիս վերոնշյալ թեմանները մեկնաբանել բացառապես զինվորական, մասնագիտական տեսանկյունից։
