Ամուսնության պետական գրանցման, արարողության հանդիսավոր կերպով կազմակերպման պետվճարների սակագներն էականորեն նվազել են․ ԱՆ

Արդարադատության նախարարությունը Հայաստանում ամուսնությունը գրանցել ցանկացող բոլոր անձանց համար նախատեսում է հանդիսավոր պայմաններ՝ Կարեն Դեմիրճյանի անվան մարզահամերգային համալիրի «Արմենիա» սրահում:

Որպեսզի բոլոր ամուսնացող զույգերը հնարավորություն ունենան օգտվել հանդիսավոր արարողությունից՝ այսուհետ համալիրում հանդիսավոր արարողություն իրականացնելու համար անհրաժեշտ կլինի վճարել 20.000 դրամ՝ գրանցման համար և 20.000 դրամ՝ որպես մուտքավճար: Նախկինում այս ծառայությունների համար զույգերը վճարում էին 60.000 դրամ։

Ամուսնության գրանցման համար դիմումն անհրաժեշտ է ներկայացնել Արդարադատության նախարարության քաղաքացիների սպասարկման միասնական գրասենյակ՝ հասցե Վազգեն Սարգսյան 3, կամ տարածքային սպասարկման կենտրոններ:

Հայաստանում ամուսնություն կարող են գրանցել ոչ միայն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիները, այլև օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիներն ու քաղաքացիություն չունեցող անձինք: Օտարերկրյա քաղաքացու կամ քաղաքացիություն չունեցող անձի ամուսնությունը գրանցելու համար անհրաժեշտ է վերջինիս մշտական բնակության երկրի իրավասու մարմնի կողմից տրված՝ ընտանեկան կարգավիճակը հավաստող փաստաթուղթ:

Ամուսնության գրանցման դիմում ներկայացնելիս անհրաժեշտ է հաշվի առնել այն հանգամանքը, որ ամուսնության պետական գրանցումը կատարվում է ամուսնացող անձանց ներկայացրած համատեղ դիմումում նշված օրը, սակայն ոչ շուտ, քան դիմումը ներկայացնելու հաջորդ աշխատանքային օրը, և ոչ ուշ, քան վեց ամիսը:

Ամուսնության գրանցման դիմում հնարավոր է ներկայացնել նաև լիազորված անձի միջոցով: Տվյալ դեպքում անհրաժեշտ է ներկայացնել ամուսնացող անձի կողմից լրացված՝ ամուսնության դիմումի ձևանմուշի տեղեկությունները պարունակող դիմում, որը հաստատված կլինի նոտարական կարգով:
