40 միլիոն ուկրաինացի ժողովուրդը պայքարում է ազատության և անկախության իր իրավունքի համար՝ դիմադրելով աշխարհի երկրորդ հզորագույն բանակի դեմ։

Անդրադառնալով ռուս-ուկրաինական պատերազմի ընթացքին, ԼՈՒՐԵՐ․com-ի հետ զրույցում նման տեսակետ հայտնեց ՀՀ-ում Ուկրաինայի նախկին դեսպան Ալեքսանդր Բոժկոն։ Նրա բնորոշմամբ, փետրվարի 24-ին շարունակվող հակամարտությունը, իրավամբ, համարվում է մարդկության համար ամենամեծ մարտահրավերը Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմի ավարտից հետո։ 

«Ջո Բայդենի, Բորիս Ջոնսոնի, Էմանուել Մակրոնի, Օլաֆ Շոլցի և այլ պետական ու քաղաքական գործիչների բոլոր փորձերը՝ համոզել Պուտինին կանգնեցնել ռազմական գործողությունները և դուրս հանել ՌԴ զորքերն Ուկրաինայից, արդյունք չտվեցին։ Մեզ՝ ուկրաինացիներիս համար, այլ բան չի մնում, քան հավաքել մեր ողջ ուժը՝ պայքարելու և մարտի դաշտում հակառակորդին հաղթելու համար։ Միայն այդպես կարելի է դադարեցնել պատերազմը և հասնել խաղաղության», - ընդգծեց մեր զրուցակիցը։

Ալեքսանդր Բոժկոյի դիտարկմամբ, չի կարելի ասել, որ Կիևի ու Մոսկվայի միջև բանակցություններ ընդհանրապես չեն գնում: Որպես օրինակ՝ փորձառու դիվանագետը նշեց այն փաստը, որ շատ երկրների համար պարենային ճգնաժամի վտանգը ստիպել է Ռուսաստանին միջազգային ճնշման տակ որոշակի զիջումների գնալ և թույլ տալ ուկրաինական ցորենի արտահանումը մեր նավահանգիստներից։ 

«Եվ ինչպես դուք գիտեք, ուկրաինական հացահատիկի արտահանումն արդեն սկսվել է։ Սակայն դա չի ազդում պատերազմի թեժ ընթացքի վրա, որը շարունակվում է»,- շեշտեց փորձառու դիվանագետը։

Դիտարկմանը, թե մեզանում հաճախ են զուգահեռներ տարվում ուկրաինական հիմնախնդրի ու ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության միջև՝ միջազգային հանրության երկակի չափանիշների համատեքստում, Ալեքսանդր Բոժկոն նշեց․

«Ցավոք, ես պետք է համաձայնվեմ ձեզ հետ։ Աշխարհում, որտեղ գերիշխում է տխրահռչակ ռեալպոլիտիկի սկզբունքը,  ներկա են  նաև երկակի չափանիշներ միջազգային հարցեր լուծելու հարցերում, ինչպես նաև ուժի իրավունք։ Սրա օրինակները շատ են, և դուք էլ դա լավ գիտեք: Բայց զուգահեռներ անցկացնելով արցախյան քառասունչորսօրյա պատերազմի և ռուս-ուկրաինական պատերազմի միջև՝ ուզում եմ ընդգծել, որ եթե միջազգային հանրությունը պատշաճ ձևով արձագանքեր 2020 թվականին արցախյան պատերազմի ժամանակ, ապա 2022 թվականին Ուկրաինայի դեմ ագրեսիան դժվար թե լիներ», - եզրափակեց ՀՀ-ում Ուկրաինայի նախկին դեսպանը։
