Ազգային ժողովում շարունակվում է ԵՏՄ անդամակցության վերաբերյալ փաստաթղթի քննարկումը: «Ժառանագություն» խմբակցության անունից ելույթ ունեցավ Ռուբիկ Հակոբյանը, ով իր ելույթի նախաբանը սկսեց հետևյալ կերպ.
«Եթե ընտանիքում կան անդաստիարակներ, անբարոյականներ, ապա ինչ են մտածում հարևաները նրանց մասին: Հարևանները մտածում են,թե ինչպես՞ օգտվել այդ չկազմակերպված ընտանիքից: Մեկը խնդիր է դնում հասնել խոհանոց, մյուսն էլ խնդիր է դնում հասնել խոհանոց, տեղաշոր: Նույնն էլ պետությունների դեպքում»,-ասաց Ռուբիկ Հակոբյանը և նշեց, որ մենք ինքներս ենք մեղավոր, բայց քանի որ թույլին, տկարին հատուկ է չտեսնել իր մեղավորությունը, մեղադրում է հարևանին:
«Ի՞նչ կապ ունի Ռուսաստանը կամ Ամերիկան, որ մենք էս վիճակում ենք: Մենք դարերի ընթացքում մեծ գերանը մխրճել ենք մեր աչքի մեջ և չենք տեսնում այդ գերանն ու ուզում ենք տեսնել հարևանի աչքի փուշը: Մենք սովորություն ունենք մեր հերոսական անցյալից խոսել, հերոսական արարքներից, բայց մենք ուժ կունենա՞նք հասկանալու, որ մենք ենք մեղավոր: Հայհոյում ենք Ամերիկային, որ Կոնչիտա է բերում, կամ Ռուսաստանին, որ զենք է վաճառում: Ռուսաստա՞նն է մեղավոր, որ մենք ընտրություններ ենք կեղծում, վերցրել ենք մանր ու միջին բիզնեսը, որ մենաշնորհ ենք հաստատել, իրենք մեղավոր չեն, իրենք ուղղակի ճիշտ են օգտվում իրավիճակից: Ինչո՞ւ ենք մեղադրում նրանց ճիշտ քաղաքականության համար»,- վրդովվեց Ռուբիկ Հակոբյանը և հավելեց, որ Ռուսաստանի համար այդքան էլ ձեռնտու չէ Հայաստանի անդամակցումը:
Պատգամավորը հավելեց. «Ռուսաստանը կարող է ասել. «Եղբայր, հայ-թուրքական սահմանին ռուս զինվորն է կանգնած, և սահմանախախտ թուրքին գնդակահարելու է ռուս զինվորը, դու ամբողջությամբ գտնվում ես մեր անվտանգության համակարգում, էդ ո՞ւր ես գնում, ասեց, դե շուտ ճանապարհդ փոխի ու արի մաքսային միություն»:
Պատգամավորը կարծում է, որ Ադրբեջանը իր չեզոք դիրքով ավելի շահեկան վիճակում է գտնվում, քան Հայաստանն այսօր:
«Մենք նման ենք սիրառատ կնոջ, որը օրվա կեսը մի տղամարդու է սիրո հավատարմության երդում տալիս, հաջորդ կեսը` նրա հակառակորդին: Ուստի փակում են այդ կնոջը, որ լեւի չգնա: Մենք այդ վիճակում ենք»,- հայտարարեց պատգամավորը և իր խոսքի վերջում ավելացրեց, որ իրենք դեմ են քվեարկելու և խնդրեց պատգամավորներին այնպես անել, որ խորհրդարանում 7 հոգի դեմ չքվեարկի:
«Խնդրում եմ, թողեք թող իրենց կամքով քվեարկեն: Ես գիտեմ, այստեղ նստածների մեծ մասը դեմ է անդամակցությանը: Քվեարկեք խղճով»,- եզրափակեց նա:
