Ռուսաստանցի գործարար, «Ալֆա Գրուպ»-ի և LetterOne հոլդինգի համահիմնադիր Միխայիլ Ֆրիդմանը առաջարկել է «Ալֆա Բանկ Ուկրաինա»-ին փոխանցել 1 միլիարդ դոլար, գրում է The Wall Street Journal-ը։

Հրատարակության տվյալներով՝ այս կերպ միլիարդատերը (6-րդ տեղը ռուս միլիարդատերերի Forbes-ի վարկանիշում՝ 11,8 միլիարդ դոլար կարողությամբ) հույս ունի համոզել Մեծ Բրիտանիային չեղարկել իր նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցները։

Ինչպես նշում է թերթը՝ վկայակոչելով ամերիկացի պաշտոնյաներին, Ֆրիդմանի առաջարկը մեկն է այն առաջարկներից, որոնք արևմտյան պատժամիջոցների տակ հայտնված գործարարները, բանկերը և ընկերությունները գաղտնի կերպով ներկայացնում են արևմտյան իշխանություններին։

«Ալֆա Բանկ Ուկրաինա»-ն, գրում է The Wall Street Journal-ը, Կիևի պաշտոնյաներին առաջարկել է թույլատրել Ֆրիդմանին իր ունեցվածքից 1 միլիարդ դոլար փոխանցել բանկին, ասել է ֆինանսական հաստատության վերահսկիչ խորհրդի նախագահ Ռոման Շպեկը։ Նրա խոսքով՝ այս գումարը կուղղվի Ուկրաինայում ենթակառուցվածքների, առողջապահության, սննդի և էներգետիկ անվտանգության հետ կապված նախագծերի ֆինանսավորմանը։ Շպեկը հայտնել է, որ «Ալֆա Բանկ Ուկրաինա»-ն իր առաջարկը ներկայացրել է Ուկրաինայի Ազգային բանկին հունիսին։

Միաժամանակ, բանկի դիտորդական խորհրդի ղեկավարը հերքում է, որ առաջարկն ուղղված է պատժամիջոցների թուլացմանը։
