Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեն սպասում է երկկողմանի հաստատման վերջին հայ-ադրբեջանական զինված բախումների վայրերում զոհվածների մարմինների, անհայտ կորածների որոնողական աշխատանքների հարցով։ Այս մասին ասել է ԽՄԿ հայաստանյան գրասենյակի հաղորդակցման ծրագրերի ղեկավար Զառա Ամատունին։

«Դեռ հաստատում չենք ստացել, մենք բավականին քննարկումների մեջ ենք։ Սպասում ենք հաստատումների և մեր կազմակերպության դերի հստակեցմանը որոնողական գործողություններում։ Մենք առաջարկել ենք մեր ծառայությունները, մեր թիմերը մոբիլիզացված են։

Պետք է երկկողմանի համաձայնություն, որ մենք էլ հասկանանք՝ ե՞րբ, ինչպե՞ս ենք մտնում աշխատելու, միջնորդելու։ Իրականում կողմերը պետք է աշխատեն, մենք չեզոք միջնորդի դերում կապահովենք միջազգային ստանդարտի համաձայն աշխատանքի իրականացումը», — պարզաբանեց Ամատունին։

ԿԽՄԿ ներկայացուցիչն ասաց, որ անհրաժեշտ է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների համաձայնությունը, անվտանգության երաշխիքների տրամադրումը. «Հնարավոր է, որ կողմերն այլ համաձայնության գան, առանց մեր իրավասության գործողություններ տեղի ունենան, օրինակ՝ մեկ գերեվարվածի վերջին փոխանցումը»։

Զառա Ամատունին ասաց, որ կազմակերպությունը մշտապես կապի մեջ է հայ-ադրբեջանական բախումների հետևանքով զոհված, անհայտ կորած զինծառայողների ընտանիքների հետ, ստանում է նրանց մասին տվյալներ։ «Որպեսզի հստակեցնենք իրենց հարազատի գերեվարման փաստը մյուսը կողմի հետ։ Մարդիկ, որոնք չեն կարողանում կապ հաստատել իրենց հարազատի հետ, կասկածներ ունեն, իրենց հետ էլ ենք կապի մեջ։ Սպասողական վիճակում ենք, բացի նրանից որ տվյալներ ենք հավաքագրում», — եզրափակեց ԿՄԽԿ հայաստանյան գրասենյակի հաղորդակցման ծրագրերի ղեկավարը։
