Շատ տարօրինակ կերպով, Գլխավոր շտաբը անընդհատ քարոզչական առաջնագիծ է բերվում, ընդ որում՝ հնչեցվող հայտարարություններն ավելի շատ խնդիրներ և հարցեր են առաջացնում, քան տրվում են հանրությանը հուզող պատասխաններ։
 
Պաշտպանության նախարարը, տեղակալները չեն խոսում, բայց չգիտես թե ինչու մեկ ԳՇ պետն է զարմանալի հայտարարություններ անում, մեկ իր տեղակալը։
 
ԳՇ պետի տեղակալն ասում է, թե վերջին հաշվով ունենք հրաման՝ Հայաստանի սուվերեն տարածքները վերականգնելու համար, Զինված ուժերի պարտականությունն է կատարելու վերադասի հրամանը և մենք ամեն ինչ անելու ենք, որպեսզի դրան հասնենք:
Գլխավոր շտաբը պետք է գործի, այլ ոչ խոսի։ Եթե նման խնդիր է դրված, ապա որն է՞ այն հանրայնացնելու նպատակը՝ գործողություն չսկսած տապալե՞լը, թե՞ Ադրբեջանի համար նոր ագրեսիայի հիմք նախապատրաստելը։
 
ՀՀ տարածքային ամբողջականության և ինքնիշխանության խախտումներն անթույլատրելի են և բոլոր կարմիր գծերը վաղուց հատված են. սա արդեն բոլորին է պարզ։
 
Նաև շատ հստակ է, որ այս իշխանությունը ոչ միայն չի կանխելու Հայաստանի անկումը, այլ իր գործողություններով նպաստելու է։
 
Այս փուլում իշխանությանը օդի ու ջրի պես անհրաժեշտ են նոր քաղաքական զոհեր՝ հանրությանը մատուցելու, իր հետ քաղաքական պատասխանատվություն կրողների շարքերը կտրուկ ընդլայնելու և ճշմարտությունը լղոզելու համար։
