«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Վերջին մի քանի օրերին ՀՀ տեղեկատվական տիրույթում ակտիվ քննարկվում է հայադրբեջանական պետական սահմանին միջազգային դիտորդական առաքելության տեղակայման հարցը։ Այս մասին կառավարության վերջին նիստում խոսեց նաև Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ նշելով, որ միջազգային գործընկերների հետ քննարկվում է այս թեման։ «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, Փաշինյանի այդ հայտարարությանը ռուսական քաղաքական շրջանակները բավական բուռն են արձագանքել։ Ավելին, նախօրեին ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան այս առիթով նշել է. «Մոսկվան հանդես է գալիս եռակողմ հայտարարությունների՝ անվերապահ կյանքի կոչման օգտին. այն ներառում է տեսություն և պրակտիկա, տեղի ունեցածի մատնանշում և ապագայի ծրագիր: Դրանք իրական, այլ ոչ թե թվացյալ ճանապարհային քարտեզներ են»: Նա նաև նշել է, որ կողմերի միջև ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները չեն մնացել թղթի վրա և քայլ առ քայլ կյանքի են կոչվել:

«Այն, ինչ իրապես գործում է, չի կարելի փոխարինել երևակայականով։ Ոչ տարածաշրջանային խաղացողները փորձում են ապակայունացնել իրավիճակը Անդրկովկասում»,-հավելել է Զախարովան: Այս կերպ ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչը հստակ հայտարարում է, որ ռուսական կողմը դեմ է միջազգային դիտորդական առաքելության գաղափարին։ Թերթի աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, նախօրեին երեկոյան կառավարություն է գնացել ՀՀում ՌԴ դեսպան Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինը, իսկ ավելի ուշ նա այցելել է նաև ԱԳՆ։ Մեր աղբյուրը փոխանցում է նաև, որ դեսպանի այցի հիմնական նպատակը եղել է ՀՀ իշխանությունների՝ ԱՄՆ այցի շրջանակներում ունեցած հանդիպումների օրակարգին ծանոթանալը։

Թերթը տեղեկություններ ունի, որ ռուսական կողմը փորձում է հասկանալ, թե Արևմուտքի «քավորությամբ» ինչ առաջարկներ են քննարկվում «խաղաղության պայմանագիր» կոչվածի և Արցախի կարգավիճակի հետ կապված հարցերում։ Ի դեպ, թերթը տեղեկություն ունի նաև, որ այս օրերին Երևանում է գտնվում նաև ՌԴ ԱԳՆ բավականին բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյա, որի այցելության բուն նպատակը սպասվող համաձայնագրի քննարկված նախնական տարբերակի տեքստին «տեղում» ծանոթանալն է։
