Մասնակի մոբիլիզացիայի հայտարարությունից գրեթե երկու շաբաթ անց Ռուսաստանից հեռացել է մոտավորապես 700 հազար մարդ, որոնցից 200 հազարը գնացել է Ղազախստան։ Տվյալները ներկայացնում է Forbes-ը։

Կրեմլի գնահատականներին ծանոթ աղբյուրը Forbes-ին հայտնել է, որ գրեթե 1 միլիոն մարդ լքել է Ռուսաստանը մոբիլիզացիայի մեկնարկից ի վեր։ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի մեկ այլ զրուցակից պարզաբանել է, որ խոսքը 600.000-700.000 ռուսների մասին է։ Միաժամանակ հիմա հնարավոր չէ հաշվարկել, թե քանի մարդ է երկրից մեկնել զբոսաշրջության նպատակով։

Սեպտեմբերի 21-ին զորահավաքի մասին հայտարարությունից անմիջապես հետո Ռուսաստանի սահմանների անցակետերում հերթեր են գոյացել։ Ամենամարդաշատը ռուս-վրացական սահմանի Վերին Լարսի անցակետն էր, որտեղ մարդիկ 4-5 օր հերթ էին կանգնում, հաճախ առանց սննդի ու ջրի։ Հոկտեմբերի 3-ին բլոգեր Նիկոլայ Լևշիցը հայտնել էր, որ սահմանին խցանումը վերացել է, մեքենաներն ազատ են անցնում։ Հերթեր էին գոյացել նաև ռուս-ղազախական սահմանի անցակետերում։

Մինչ այժմ մամուլում ՌԴ-ից հեռացածների թվի վերաբերյալ տարբեր գնահատականներ են եղել, որոնք հնչեցրել են տարբեր ընդունող երկրներ։ Այսպես, հոկտեմբերի 4-ին Ղազախստանի ՆԳՆ ղեկավար հայտնել է, որ սեպտեմբերի 21-ից ի վեր երկիր է մուտք գործել 200.000 ՌԴ քաղաքացի, իսկ այս ընթացքում երկիրը լքել է 147.000 ռուսաստանցի։

Ավելի վաղ տարբեր լրատվամիջոցներ նշել էին 194.000 թիվը, որոնք մոբիլիզացիայի հայտարարությունից հետո մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում մեկնել են Վրաստան, Ղազախստան և Ֆինլանդիա։ Դրանցից 98.000 մեկնել է Ղազախստան։ Վրաստանի ՆԳՆ-ն հայտնել է, որ մեկ շաբաթում երկիր է ժամանել 53.000 ռուս, իսկ սահմանն ամեն օր հատում է 10.000 մարդ, ինչը 40-45 տոկոսով ավելի է սեպտեմբերի 21-ից առաջ։

Նույն շաբաթվա ընթացքում 66.000 ռուսաստանցի մուտք է գործել ԵՄ, ինչը, ԵՄ սահմանային գործակալությունը՝ Frontex-ի հաշվարկով,  30%-ով ավելի է նախորդ շաբաթվա համեմատ: Գործակալությունը հայտնել է, որ մեծամասնությունը մուտք է գործել ֆիննական և էստոնական անցակետերով, ընդ որում մոբիլիզացիայի հայտարարությունից հետո Ֆինլանդիա մուտք գործողների թիվը զգալիորեն աճել է։
