Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատի բարեգործական հիմնադրամի ֆինանսավորմամբ և աջակցությամբ շուրջ 7 տարի է «Սորս» տնակ զարգացման կենտրոնում անվճար վերականգնողական բուժում են ստանում տասնյակ հաշմանդամություն և հատուկ խնամքի կարիք ունեցող երեխաներ։ «ՍՈՐՍ Տնակ» զարգացման կենտրոնը միջազգային մոդելի հիման վրա մշակված սոցիալական ծրագիր է, որը մեկնարկի պահից ի վեր որդեգրել է հատուկ կարիքներ ունեցող երեխաների կյանքի պայմանների բարելավման, կենսական անհրաժեշտության հմտությունների զարգացման և պահպանման, ինչպես նաև ծնողներին հոգեբանական, կրթական և աշխատանքային աջակցության ցուցաբերման սկզբունքը։

Ծրագրի շրջանակներում ամենատարբեր խնդիրներ, միջին և ծանր հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխաներին իրենց անհատական պլանի հիման վրա տրամադվում է անհրաժեշտ վերականգնողական, զարգացման և խնամքի ծառայությունները, ապահովվում է հենաշարժողական և ծանր վարքային խնդիրներով երեխաների տեղափոխումը տնից՝ կենտրոն և հակառակը։

Ընդհանուր առմամբ ծրագրի շրջանակներում ամսական կտրվածքով սպասարկվում են մինչև 90 երեխաներ՝ շաբաթական 12 ժամ, իսկ տարեկան կտրվածքով՝ միջինում 130 երեխաներ սպասարկվում են մշտապես։ Ծրագիրը տարեկան կտրվածքով ունենում է մինչև 40 աշխատակից։ Կենտրոն հաճախող երեխաներին տրամադրվող ծառայություններն ընդգրկում են՝  լոգոպեդի ծառայություն, էրգոթերապիա, երաժշտական թերապիա, արտթերապիա, հատուկ մանկավարժի, հոգեբանի ծառայություն, կինեզոթերապիա և վարքյաին թերապիա։

Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատի բարեգործական հիմնադրամի ֆինանսավորմամբ և աջակցությամբ կենտրոնը իր ուշադրությունը կենտրոնացրել է նաև մարզերի վրա՝ աջակցելով և համապատասխան օգնություն տրամադրելով մայրաքաղաքից հեռու բնակվող, խնամքի կարիք ունեցող երեխաներին և նրանց ծնողներին։
