ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարության աջակցությամբ, «ՄԵՆՔ» բարեգործական հասարակական կազմակերպության հովանավորությամբ, «Գալյա Նովենց» մշակութային հասարակական կազմակերպության նախաձեռնությամբ հոկտեմբերի 17-22-ը կանցկացվի Երևանի Շեքսպիրյան 16-րդ միջազգային թատերական փառատոնը։

Այս տարի փառատոնը կհյուրընկալի 10 երկրի ավելի քան 250 մասնակցի և հյուրի, այդ թվում՝ հեղինակավոր արվեստագետների, միջազգային փառատոների տնօրենների՝ Իտալիայից, Հունգարիայից, Ռումինիայից, Ղազախստանից, Իրանից, Բուլղարիայից, Ռուսաստանից, Վրաստանից և Ֆրանսիայից։

Փառատոնի բացումը տեղի կունենա հոկտեմբերի 17-ին՝ ժամը 19:00-ին, Ա. Սպենդիարյանի անվան օպերայի և բալետի ազգային ակադեմիական թատրոնի «Ռոմեո և Ջուլիետ» ներկայացմամբ (բեմադրող բալետմայստեր` ԽՍՀՄ ժողովրդական արտիստ Օլեգ Վինոգրադով)։

Երևանի Շեքսպիրյան 16-րդ միջազգային թատերական փառատոնի նշանակալի ներկայացումներից են Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի պատանի հանդիսատեսի թատրոնի «Ձմեռային հեքիաթը» (Ռուսաստան) և «IM Perfect» թատերախմբի «Ռոմեո և Ջուլիետը» (Իտալիա)։

Երևանյան 11 բեմահարթակում կցուցադրվի ավելի քան 19 ներկայացում՝ 18 թատերախմբի մասնակցությամբ։ Գյումրու Վ. Աճեմյանի անվան դրամատիկական թատրոնի բեմում Նովոռոսիյսկի դրամատիկական թատրոնը կներկայացնի «Լիր արքա» ներկայացումը։ Փառատոնի շրջանակում կանցկացվի նաև «FestOFF» խորագրով հատուկ ծրագիր, որը նախատեսված է ուսանողների և անկախ թատերախմբերի համար։

Փառատոնի օրերին կանցկացվեն վարպետության դասեր։ Երևանի Շեքսպիրյան փառատոնը ձեռք է բերել բացառիկ համաձայնություն․ փառատոնի օրերին վարպետության դասերը կվարի հայտնի թատերական ռեժիսոր, մանկավարժ, մի շարք թատերական մրցանակների դափնեկիր Յուրի Բուտուսովը (ՌԴ)։

Երևանի Շեքսպիրյան միջազգային թատերական փառատոնն աշխարհահռչակ Եվրոպական Շեքսպիրյան փառատոների ցանցի անդամ է: Փառատոնի հիմնադիրն է Հայաստանի թատերական գործիչների միության նախագահ Հակոբ Ղազանչյանը, իսկ 2016 թվականից փառատոնի տնօրենը՝ Կարո Բալյանը։
