Sustainalytics-ի վերլուծաբանները հաստատել են Յունիբանկի Green Bond Framework-ի համապատասխանությունը միջազգային չափանիշներին

ESG Sustainalytics ոլորտում առաջատար վերլուծական ընկերության փորձագետները ներկայացրել են երկրորդ կողմի կարծիքը Յունիբանկի «կանաչ» պարտատոմսերի թողարկման հայեցակարգի վերաբերյալ և հաստատել դրա համապատասխանությունը միջազգային չափանիշներին և Green Bonds Principles 2021-ի պահանջներին:

«Կանաչ» պարտատոմսերի թողարկումը, որոնց վաճառքից ստացված միջոցները ներդրվում են բնապահպանական նախագծերում, արագ թափ հավաքող համաշխարհային միտում է։ Յունիբանկն արդեն սկսել է իր զարգացման ռազմավարության մեջ ներառել բնապահպանական, սոցիալական և կառավարման պատասխանատվության (ESG) սկզբունքները և 2022 թվականի սեպտեմբերին ավարտել է Յունիբանկի Green Bond Framework-ի մշակումը, ըստ որի՝ նախատեսում է սկսել կանաչ պարտատոմսերի թողարկումը։ Ներգրավված ներդրումները կուղղվեն Հայաստանում էներգաարդյունավետության, գյուղատնտեսության մեջ բնական ռեսուրսների ռացիոնալ օգտագործման, ջրային ռեսուրսների մաքրման և թափոնների կառավարման ոլորտներում նախագծերի ֆինանսավորմանը։ Այդ նպատակով բանկում կստեղծվի կանաչ պարտատոմսերի և կայուն զարգացման պարտատոմսերի կոմիտե:

2021 թվականին կայուն պարտատոմսերի համաշխարհային թողարկումը, որոնցից միջոցներն ուղղվում են սոցիալական և բնապահպանական նպատակներին, հասել է 859 միլիարդ դոլարի, ինչը 1,5 անգամ ավելի է, քան 2020 թվականին։ Թողարկման ծավալի կեսից ավելին բաժին է ընկել «կանաչ» պարտատոմսերին։ Միջոցների 80%-ն ուղղվել է վերականգնվող էներգիայի, կայուն շինարարության և ցածր ածխածնային տրանսպորտի զարգացմանը։

Յունիբանկը լիովին աջակցում է պատասխանատու ներդրումների միտմանը և ողջունում բնապահպանական խնդիրների նկատմամբ աճող ուշադրությունն ու շրջակա միջավայրի նկատմամբ հոգատարությունը: Յունիբանկն արդեն ներդրել է բնապահպանական և սոցիալական կառավարման համակարգ (ESMS), որը մշակվել է Միջազգային ֆինանսական կորպորացիայի ղեկավարությամբ: Յունիբանկի տվյալների մշակման կենտրոնն ամբողջությամբ սնուցվում է արևային էներգիայով: 
«Կանաչ» պարտատոմսերի թողարկումից ստացված միջոցները կուղղվեն բնապահպանական նախագծերի իրականացմանը, ինչը կնպաստի ածխածնային ցածր, կլիմայակայուն և էկոլոգիապես մաքուր տնտեսության անցմանը։

Ըստ Sustainalytics-ի ամփոփագրի՝ Յունիբանկի «կանաչ» պարտատոմսերի թողարկման և տեղաբաշխման հայեցակարգն արդյունավետ է և արժանահավատ: Sustainalytics-ն ակնկալում է, որ Յունիբանկի կողմից ֆինանսավորվող բնապահպանական ծրագրերը կբարելավեն շրջակա միջավայրի վիճակը և կնպաստեն Հայաստանում «կանաչ» էներգիայի զարգացմանը՝ հիմնվելով վերականգնվող աղբյուրների օգտագործման վրա:
