Առաջնագծում մարտական հերթապահություն կրող եռամսյա հավաքի և նրանց միացող երկամսյա հավաքի մասնակիցները տարբեր բնակավայրերից հավաքված, տարբեր մասնագիտության և զբաղմունքի տեր մարդիկ են, սակայն նրանց բոլորին միավորում է երկրի պաշտպանության ընդհանուր նպատակը։

Չնայած սոցիալական բազմաթիվ խնդիրներին, որևէ մարտական դիրքում վարձատրության հետ կապված հարց որպես առաջնահերթություն չի ներկայացվում. գլխավոր խնդիրն այս պահին թշնամու առաջխաղացում թույլ չտալն է։

Սակայն սա չի նշանակում, որ մարտական հերթապահությունում ընդգրկվող անձնակազմի և ընդհանրապես զինծառայողների աշխատավարձի խնդիրը պետք է հետին պլան մղվի, իսկ իշխանությունը բացառապես զբաղվի այն կառույցների աշխատավարձերի/պարգևավճարների բարձրացմամբ, որոնք իշխանության պահպանման կամ պարզապես մահակի դեր ունեն։

Անկախ այն հանգամանքից, թե ում եմ հանդիպում մարտական դիրքերում՝ պարտադիր ժամկետայիններ, պայմանագրայիններ/սպաներ, վարժական հավաքների մասնակիցներ կամ կամավորականներ, միայն մեծ հպարտություն եմ ապրում, իսկ սա պարտավորեցնում է բոլորիս՝ յուրաքանչյուրիս մեր մասով և առաջին հերթին պետությանը, հայրենիքի պաշտպաններին՝ իրենց առաքելությանը համահունչ պայմաններով ապահովել՝ կենցաղից, սոցիալական վիճակից մինչև մարտական պատրաստության անհրաժեշտ մակարդակ։

Հայրենիքի պաշտպանը մեծագույն արժեք է և չնայած այս իշխանության անտարբեր պահվածքին ու տարբեր ուղղություններով հասցված հարվածներին, շարունակում է իր ծանր, սակայն պատվաբեր առաքելությունը։
