Սոչիում կայացած եռակողմ բանակցությունները ցանկալի արդյունքի չեն բերել մեզ համար։ «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմանդիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանն է արել այս արձանագրումը։

Այն կետերը, որոնք Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հնչեցրել է բանակցություններից առաջ, փաստացի որևէ կերպ արտացոլված չեն եզրափակիչ հայտարարության մեջ, որը վկայում է ոչ միայն Փաշինյանի բանակցային դիրքի թուլության մասին (ինչն ի սկզբանե ակնհայտ էր), այլև Պուտինի անկարողության մասին՝ խաղաղ կարգավորման սեփական մոդելը Ալիևին պարտադրելու։

«Սա ևս մասնակիորեն կանխատեսելի էր, հաշվի առնելով Ռուսաստանի ընդհանուր թուլությունը և նրա ուժերի ծայրահեղ գերլարումը՝ Ուկրաինայում ընթացող պատերազմի համատեքստում»,- նշել է Չալաբյանը։

Նրա խոսքով, մյուս կողմից, Ալիևը այս բանակցություններին եկել էր մաքսիմալիստական դիրքորոշմամբ, ըստ որի Արցախն այլևս գոյություն չունի, իսկ Հայաստանն էլ դեռ իրեն միջանցք է պարտք։ «Եզրափակիչ հայտարարությունից կարելի է եզրակացնել, որ Ալիևը իր դիրքորոշումը մինչև վերջ փորձել է պնդել (օրինակ, հայտարարության տեքստում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ բառն իսկ չկա), սակայն դրա հիման վրա կարգավորման վերջնական բանաձևի հասնել ևս չի կարողացել, ուստի կողմերը բավարարվել են այնպիսի հայտարարությամբ, որը փրկում է յուրաքանչյուրի դեմքը, սակայն փաստացի ոչ մի բանի նրանց չի պարտադրում։ Այս իրավիճակում, Ալիևը փորձելու է Հայաստանի և Արցախի վրա հավելյալ ճնշում գործադրել, չի բացառվում, որ նաև ռազմական ճանապարհով։ Ի տարբերություն նախորդ սրացման սակայն, այս անգամ նա կարող է ավելի կոշտ հակազդեցություն ստանալ թե Իրանից, և թե Ռուսաստանից, ուստի հաջողության հասնելու նրա շանսերը նվազել են, նաև հաշվի առնելով հայկական զինված ուժերի պատրաստվածությունը նոր հարվածին։ Ինչ վերաբերվում է Փաշինյանին, նա կարող է փորձել նորից Ալիևի հետ միասին տեղափոխել բանակցությունները Եվրոպա (ինչը կարող է հանգեցնել վիճակի էլ ավելի բարդացման), և կամ էլ փորձել օգտագործել ձեռք բերված կարճատև դադարը՝ Հայաստանի բանակցային դիրքերի հետագա բարելավման համար», - ըդգծել է հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչը։

«Անկեղծ ասած, շատ կուզենայի, որ երկրորդը տեղի ունենար, քանի որ ժամանակը վերջապես սկսել է մեր օգտին աշխատել՝ Արցախում բացառիկ միասնություն է ձեռք բերված, Հայաստանում բանակում վերջապես սկսել են, դեռևս փոքրիկ, բայց դրական փոփոխություններ տեղի ունենալ, Ադրբեջանի հեղինակությունը Եվրոպայում զգալի անկում է ապրել սեպտեմբերի այլանդակ ռազմական հանցագործություններից հետո, իսկ Էրդողանն էլ աստիճանաբար խորասուզվելու է սեփական վերընտրությունը ապահովելու բարդ գործի մեջ՝ Թուրքիայում խորացող տնտեսական ճգնաժամի ֆոնի վրա»,- ասել է Չալաբյանը՝ նշելով, թե Փաշինյանը արդեն բազմիցս ցույց է տվել, որ նույնիսկ ամենաբարենպաստ իրավիճակներում ինքն անում է ուղիղ հակառակը, և իր ապաշնորհ գործողություններով ավելի է բարդացնում մեր վիճակը։
