Վերջին օրերին Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների խոսույթը, հայտարարությունները ավելի սուր բնույթ են կրում: Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարի դեպքում դա նորություն չէ, այդ երկիրը միշտ էլ աչքի է ընկել ագրեսորին բնորոշ հռետորաբանությամբ: Հայաստանից վերջապես հնչեցին կոշտ արձագանքներ: Փորձագետների կարծիքով, այս ամենը վկայում է այն մասին, որ բանակցային գործընթացը, մեղմ ասած, առաջ չի գնում: «Լույս» հիմնադրամի ավագ հետազոտող, արտաքին և անվտանգային հարցերով փորձագետ Դերենիկ Խաչատրյանը կարծում է, որ երկու հակամարտող երկրների ղեկավարների մակարդակով բանակցային դիսկուրսի հրապարակայնացումը, փոխադարձ մեղադրանքներն ու սպառնալիքները վկայում են դիվանագիտության ձախողման մասին:

Մյուս կողմից՝ նրա խոսքով, նոյեմբերի 9-ին հետևած յուրաքանչյուր հաջորդ օր, բանակցային գործընթացի իմաստով, մեր դիրքերը միայն ավելի է թուլացրել։ «Ըստ իս, այսօր ամենամեծ մարտահրավերն ու վտանգը մեզ համար այն է, որ հայկական կողմը ոչ միայն դադարել է օրակարգ թելադրել բանակցային գործընթացում, այլ նույնիսկ կորցրել է այդ օրակարգի վրա ազդելու նվազագույն անհրաժեշտ լծակները։ Սա շատ մտահոգիչ իրավիճակ է, քանի որ մեծ է ռիսկը, որ այս տեմպերով Հայաստանին հաջորդ կապիտուլ յացիան պարտադրելիս կարող է նույնիսկ հայկական կողմի ստորագրության անհրաժեշտությունը չլինել»,-«Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասաց Խաչատրյանը:

Արցախի «Արդարություն» կուսակցության համանախագահ Հակոբ Հակոբյանն էլ կարծում է, որ այսօր բանակցային սեղանին հայկական որևէ փաստաթուղթ չկա, չկան այն առաջարկները, որոնք հայկական կողմը կաներ: «Երկու տարվա ընթացքում Հայաստանի իշխանությունների կողմից անընդունելի գործողություններ իրականացվեցին, ու մենք բանակցային դերակատարության կամ դիրքի բարելավում չտեսանք: Ընդհակառակը՝ յուրաքանչյուր հանդիպումից նորանոր զիջումներ են լինում: Այս ամենին պետք է վերջ դրվի, ու առաջին քայլը պետք է բանակցողի փոփոխությունը լինի»,- ասաց Հակոբյանը:
