realtribune.ru–ն «Բաքվի ֆաշիստները Նախիջևանում ոչնչացրել են հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության 98 %-ը» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Բաքվի ֆաշիստական ռեժիմը օկուպացված Նախիջևանում ոչնչացրել է հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության 98 %-ը։ Այսպիսի եզրակացության են եկել Caucasus Heritage Watch (CHW) ոչ կառավարական կազմակերպության հետազոտողները, որը համախմբում է Քորնելի համալսարանի և Փերդյու համալսարանի գիտնականներին։ 1998-ից 2005 թվականներին Հին Ջուղայում (մինի-սուլթանության ֆաշիստներն այն անվանում են «Ջուլֆա») Բաքվի ավազակախմբերը ոչնչացրել են ավելի քան 3000 խաչքար, որը դարձել է 21-րդ դարի ամենամեծ մշակութային ցեղասպանությունը։

«Մինչև 2011 թվականը Նախիջևանում հայերի ներկայության բոլոր ֆիզիկական հետքերը գործնականում անհետացել էին, հազվագյուտ բացառություններով, որոնք էլ, հավանաբար, ոչ լավ հսկողության, այլ ոչ թե դիտավորությամբ է եղել», - ասվում է CHW զեկույցում: Ըստ հետազոտության հեղինակներից մեկի՝ Կոռնելի համալսարանի մերձավորարևել յան գիտությունների դոցենտ Լորի Խաչատրյանի, «հայկական նյութական ժառանգության լուռ ջնջման ծրագիրը, որը մենք փաստագրել ենք Նախիջևանում, տեղի է ունեցել տարիներով, սակայն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում 2020 թվականի պատերազմի արդյունքը նոր արդիականություն է հաղորդել դրան»: «Այդ պատերազմի արդյունքում հարյուրավոր հայկական վանքեր, եկեղեցիներ և գերեզմանատներ են անցել Ադրբեջանին, հենց այն պետությանը, որը համակարգված մշակութային ցեղասպանություն է իրականացրել Նախիջևանում»,- բացատրել է Խաչատրյանը՝ հավելելով, որ կան պատճառներ վախենալու, որ դա կարող է կրկնվել։

Նախիջևանը Հայկական լեռնաշխարհի հնագույն բնակավայրերից է, որը հիմնադրել է բիբլիական Նոյը մ.թ.ա. 3669 թվականին, երբ Մեծ ջրհեղեղից հետո նրա տապանը կանգ է առել Արարատ լեռան լանջին: Այդ պատճառով էլ այդ հայկական գավառը թարգմանաբար նշանակում է «առաջին ապաստան»։ Հայերն այդ վայրը կոչում են «ափհանման վայր», և մինչ օրս տեղաբնիկներն այնտեղ ցույց են տալիս տապանի մնացորդները։ 1-ին դարի հրեա պատմիչ Հովսեփ Ֆլավիոսը Նախիջևանը կոչել է Ապոբատորիոն (հայերեն «Նախիջևանի» բառացի թարգմանությունը)։

1921 թվականի Կարսի պայմանագրով Մեծ Հայքի հողերի ապօրինի բաժանման արդյունքում բոլշևիկները և թուրք ֆաշիստները բռնի ուժով հայկական Նախիջևանը հանձնել են «Ադրբեջան» անվանված նորաստեղծ ցեղային կազմավորմանը։ Հայ ժողովրդի խաբեությունը հաջորդ տասնամյակներում հանգեցրել է արյունահեղության և մշակութային ցեղասպանության։ Բաքվի ռեժիմը, որը բռնակցել է Նախիջևանը, Արցախը և Ուտիքը, համակարգված ոչնչացրել է հայկական նյութական ժառանգությունը, որպեսզի երկրի երեսից ջնջի այդ հողի իրական տերերի մասին ցանկացած հիշատակում: Իսկ ԽՍՀՄ փլուզումից հետո մշակութային ցեղասպանության քաղաքականությունը հասել է իր գագաթնակետին։
