2030 թվականից Եվրոպայի բոլոր նոր շենքերը պետք է ունենան արևային մարտկոցներ և զրոյական արտանետումներ

Gazeta.cz-ն գրում է, որ Չեխիայում նոր բնակարաններ և տներ պետք է կառուցվեն ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիաների կիրառմամբ՝ զրոյական CO2 արտանետումներով և պարտադիր արևային մարտկոցներով։


Դա պահանջում են շենքերի էներգաարդյունավետության նոր կանոնները, որոնք ուժի մեջ են մտնելու Եվրամիությունում։ 2028 թվականից բոլոր նոր հասարակական շենքերը պետք է հավաստագրվեն որպես CO2-ի զրո արտանետողներ: Նման պահանջները կկիրառվեն ինչպես բնակելի շենքերի, այնպես էլ կոմերցիոն և գրասենյակային շենքերի վրա: Այդ նպատակներին հասնելու համար շինարարական ընկերությունները պետք է ներդրումներ կատարեն ավելի լավ շինանյութերի և ավելի լավ տեխնոլոգիաների մեջ:
Շինարարական ձեռնարկատերերի ասոցիացիայի նախագահ Իրժի Նուզան չի թաքցնում իր թերահավատությունը և քննադատում է Եվրամիության պահանջները, հատկապես ժամկետների հետ կապված։ «Ես չեմ ասում, որ մենք դա չպետք է անենք, բայց շինարարությունը շատ էներգատար ոլորտ է: Նման վերջնագիր դնել այն ժամանակ, երբ մենք լուծում ենք այնպիսի հարցեր, ինչպիսիք են թանկ էներգիան, նյութերի պակասը, իմ կարծիքով, իրատեսական չէ»,- ասել է նա։


Այսօր զարգացող առաջատար ընկերությունների բազմաթիվ բազմաբնակարան շենքեր էներգաարդյունավետ են, բայց դեռևս մոտ չեն արտանետումների զրոյական մակարդակին: Դրան հասնելու համար դրանք անհրաժեշտ է կառուցել ավելի էկոլոգիապես մաքուր և ժամանակակից նյութերից:


«Ըստ կոպիտ հաշվարկների գնորդը նման բնակարանի համար մեկ քառակուսի մետրի համար կվճարի առնվազն տասը հազար կրոն: Ես խոսում եմ ներկա իրավիճակի մասին, դժվար է ասել, թե ինչպիսին կլինի այն յոթ տարի հետո,- ասել է Penta Real Estate-ի բնակարանաշինության գծով տնօրեն Դեյվիդ Մուզիլը,- 65 քմ բնակելի տարածք ունեցող բնակարանի համար տարբերությունը կկազմի առնվազն 650 հազար կրոն»։


Նոր պահանջները կտարածվեն նաև մինչև 2030 թվականը կառուցված տների վրա։ ԵՄ-ն նախատեսում է հասնել զրոյական արտանետումների ավելի հին շենքերի համար, որոնք պետք է արդիականացվեն մինչև 2050 թվականը: «Երբ խոսքը վերաբերում է նոր շենքերին և 2030 թվականին, դա գրեթե անիրատեսական կլինի: Եվ մինչև 2050 թվականը բոլոր տները ցածր էներգախնայող դարձնելու նպատակը ես տեսնում  որպես քաղաքական հայտարարություն: Չեմ պատկերացնում, թե ինչպե՞ս կարելի է դրան հասնել պատմական շինություններով»,- չի թաքցնում իր զարմանքը Մուզիլը։
Այս կանոնը դեռ քննարկման փուլում է, բայց հենց որ  եվրոպական իշխանությունները համաձայնության գան, հրահանգը պաշտոնապես կընդունվի։ Առաջարկը Fit for 55 փաթեթի մի մասն է, որի նպատակն է մինչև 2050 թվականը Եվրամիությունում հասնել կլիմայական չեզոքության:
