ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունը և Երկրապահ կամավորականների միությունը կսերտացնեն համագործակցությունը: Օգոստոսի 19-ին երկու կողմերի ղեկավարները՝ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Արմեն Երիցյանը և Երկրապահ կամավորականների միության վարչության նախագահ, Արցախի հերոս գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Մանվել Գրիգորյանը ԱԻՆ-ում կնքեցին համագործակցության հուշագիր:

Հուշագրի ստորագրման արարողության մեկնարկին գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Մանվել Գրիգորյանը ծաղկեպսակ դրեց ԱՒՆ «Փրկության նվիրյալների» հուշարձանին: Այնուհետև պարգևատրվեցին ԱԻՆ և ԵԿՄ մի շարք աշխատակիցներ: Բացի այդ, Արմեն Երիցյանը ԵԿՄ-ի կողմից պարգևատրվեց Վազգեն Սարգսյանի անվան հուշամեդալով, իսկ Մանվել Գրիգորյանին ԱԻՆ-ը հանձնեց «Փառքի խաչ» մեդալ: Այնուհետև նրանք մասնակցեցին ցուցադրական ուսումնավարժության, ինչպես նաև շինհրապարակում դիտեցին հրշեջ, փրկարարական և հատուկ ավտոմեքենաներն ու տեխնիկան:

ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Արմեն Երիցյանը հուշագրի ստորագրման մեկնարկին ներկայացրեց ՀՀ ԱԻՆ անցած ճանապարհը:

«ՀՀ ԱԻՆ-ը Հայաստանի ամենաերիտասարդ նախարարություններից է: Նախարարությունն ակտիվ գործունեություն է ծավալում: Օրինակ, ԱԻՆ Ճգնաժամային կառավարման կենտրոնում մենք ամեն օր ստանում ենք 6-8 հազար տարբեր զանգեր: Մենք պետք է կատարենք մեր առջև դրված բոլոր խնդիրները»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, նշեց Արմեն Երիցյանը:

Երիցյանի խոսքով, ԱԻՆ-ը և ԵԿՄ-ն անելիքներ շատ ունեն: «Պետք է միասին կարողանանք կատարել տարատեսակ աշխատանքներ: Դասընթացներ կկազմակերպենք, ինչպես նաև բոլոր ուղղություններով աշխատանքներ կտանենք»,-նշեց նա:

Երկրապահ կամավորականների միության վարչության նախագահ Մանվել Գրիգորյանը կարևորեց համագործակցությունը: «Մենք հպարտ ենք, որ մեր երկրում նման կայացած կառույց կա: Ձեր կառույցի աշխատակիցները պետության կառուցման, սահմանների պաշտպանության, Արցախի ազատագրման գործում ներդրում ունեցած մարդիկ են: Ինչպես սահմանում ենք միասին եղել, այնպես էլ աղետների ժամանակ կլինենք համախմբված՝ մեր երկիրը հզորացնելու համար»,-նշեց Գրիգորյանը:

Հուշագրի ստորագրման արարողությունից հետո ԱԻՆ նախարարը տեսակամուրջի միջոցով լսեց Ստեփանակերտի, Սյունիքի, Լոռու, Վայոց Ձորի, Տավուշի, Կոտայքի, Արարատի, Շիրակի, Գեղարքունիքի համապատասխան ծառայությունների ներկայացուցիչների զեկույցները իրավիճակի և պատահարների վերաբերյալ: Ցուցադրվեցին նաև տեսահոլովակներ նախարարության գործունեության մասին:
