Հեղափոխական որոշում Ճապոնիայում՝ արևային էներգիայի զարգացման համար

Ճապոնիայի իշխանությունները կարևոր որոշում են ընդունել, որը հեղափոխական կարող է լինել Ճապոնիայի հետագա զարգացման համար։ Ըստ այդմ, 2025 թվականից բոլոր նոր շենքերն ու առանձնատները Տոկիոյի և հարակից քաղաքների տարածքներում պետք է սարքավորված լինեն արևային վահանակներով։

Նշվում է, որ այսօր արևային վահանակներով Տոկիոյի շենքերի տանիքներում սարքավորված է միայն բոլոր շինությունների 4 տոկոսը։ Նոր կանոններով այլևս անհնար կլինի կառուցել շինություն առանց արևային վահանակների, ընդ որում շեշտը դրվելու է ոչ թե առանձին վահանակաների տեղադրման, այլ հենց համապատասխան սարքավորված տանիքների կառուցման վրա։

Այս հանգամանքը թույլ կտա նվազեցնել վտանգավոր արտանետումները և մայրաքաղաքի ու հարակից քաղաքների բնակիչների կյանքի արժեքը։ Անհրաժեշտ փոփոխությունները ընդունել է Տոկիոյի քաղաքային ասամբլեան դեռևս անցած շաբաթվա վերջին, նոր ծրագրի մասին խոսակցությունները շրջանառվում էին դեռ սեպտեմբերից։ Իշխանությունները ցանկանում էին բոլոր խոշոր շինարարական ընկերություններին պարտադրել ընդունել այս հստակ նորմը։ Ընդ որում այնպես չէ, որ շինարարները հաճույքով են համաձայնվել, սակայն ի վերջո ստիպված են եղել տեղի տալ պետության այս հրահանգին։

Ըստ էության, նման մի որոշում էլ կարող են կայացվել Հայաստանում և, օրինակ ասենք, 2025 թվականից, կամ այլ ժամկետից սկսած Հայաստանում կառուցվող բոլոր շենքերն ու առանձնատները ունենան արևային վահանակներ։ Շինարարական բուռն բումը, որն այժմ տեղի է ունենում Հայաստանում լիովին տալիս է այդ հնարավորությունը, իսկ արևային վահանակների տեղադրումն ամենևին էլ մեծ ծախս չէ ընդհանուր կապիտալի ծախսերի շրջանակներում, ուստի և դա ոչ միայն կնպաստի էներգախնայմանն ու ավելի անվտանգ էներգիայի աղբյուրներին անցնելուն, այլ նաև օգտակար կլինի հենց շենքերի բնակիչների համար։

Թերևս այս մի առաջարկն էլ կմնա թղթին գրված վիճակում, քանի որ Հայաստանում գոյություն ունի արևային վահանակներ արտադրող ընդամենը մեկ ընկերություն՝ «Սոլարոնը», և արտադրական հզորությունները ավելացնելու , ինչպես նաև պարտադիր նորմ ընտրելու համար, հարկավոր է պետական լուրջ միջամտություն։
