Կարևոր որոշում Հայաստանում արևային էներգիան զարգացնելու համար

Հայաստանի Կառավարությունը երեկ բավականին ուշագրավ որոշում է կայացրել, որով կարող է օգնել Հայաստանում արևային էներգիայի հետագա զարգացման համար, մասնավորապես սեփական արևային վահանակներ ունեցող փոքր արտադրողները կարող են առաջարկել իրենց վահանակների հզորությունը այլ բաժանորդների, նաև պայմանագրերի հիմունքներով կարող են խմբեր կազմել և էլեկտրաէներգիայի վճարներից դուրս գրումներ ստանալ։

Կառավարության նիստում Հայաստանի հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Գարեգին Բաղրամյանը հայտնել է, թե 2018 թվականից ի վեր Հայաստանում ինքնավար արևային կայանների հզորությունն աճել է 12 անգամ։ Եթե 2018 թվականին Հայաստանում կար 784 ինքնավար կայանների սեփականատերեր, ապա այժմ նրանք 9500 են, իսկ ընդհանուր հզորությունը 9-ից հասել է 188 մեգավատի։

Իհարկե Հայաստանի Կառավարությունն ինքն էլ հասկանում է, որ սա չափազանց փոքր թիվ է՝ հատկապես հաշվի առնելով Հայաստանի օրենսդրական դաշտը և ունեցած հզորությունների անբավարար լինելը։ Իսկ արևային էներգիայի զարգացման համար որոշում են կայացրել, որ թույլատրվի արտադրողներին իրենք որոշեն, թե ում կարող են վաճառել ավելցուկային էլեկտրաէներգիա։

ԿԳՄՍ նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանն օրինակ նշել է, թե շատ դպրոցներ արդեն տանիքին տեղադրում են արևային վանակներ՝ նվազեցնելով էլեկտրաէներգիայի ծախսերը, սակայն, հաշվի առնելով դպրոցների սեզոնային բնույթը, հատկապես ամռանը չաշխատելը, երբ արևն ամենաշատ հնարավորությունն է տալիս էլեկտրաէներգիա արտադրելու, այժմ դպրոցները հնարավորություն կունենան իրենց արտադրած էներգիայի մի մասը վաճառել էլեկտրացանցին, դրա փոխարեն աշնանը կամ ձմռանը՝ դուրս գրումներ իրականացնելով ստացվող էլեկտրաէներգիայի հաշվիներից։

Կառավարության այս որոշումները թերևս հեղափոխական անվանելը վաղ է, սակայն այն բավականին լուրջ և ուշագրավ հնարավորություն է տալիս արևային էներգիայի զարգացման համար։ Մյուս կողմից հարկավոր է Հայաստանում ավելացնել արևային վահանակների և մարտկոցների արտադրության ծավալները։

Մեր երկրում արևային վահանակներ արտադրող ըմդամենը մեկ ընկերություն կա՝ «Սոլարոնը», և առկա ռեսուրսները չափազանց փոքր են իրական արդյունքներ արձանագրելու համար։
