«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Նախօրեին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ասուլիս էր հրավիրել: Ուշագրավ է, որ նույն օրը ասուլիսով հանդես եկավ նաև Իլհամ Ալիևը: Քաղաքագետ Երվանդ Բոզոյանը կարծում է, որ Ալիևի հայտարարությունները Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունների տրամաբանական շարունակությունն էին: «Սիմվոլիկ էր, որ իրենք նույն օրը հանդես եկան ասուլիսով: Տպավորությունն այնպիսին էր, որ ընդհանուր կոորդինատոր ունեն, որը համակարգում է իրենց ասուլիսները: Բայց ամենահետաքրքիրն այն էր, որ բոլոր իմաստներով, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստանի հետագա ճակատագրի մասով, Ալիևի մեսիջները չէին հակասում Փաշինյանի հայտարարություններին»,-«Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասաց քաղաքագետը:

Ինչ վերաբերում է Ադրբեջանի կողմից արդեն մեկ ամսից ավելի Լաչինի միջանցքի փակմանը, ապա Բոզոյանի կարծիքով, առկա վիճակն առաջացել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի պահվածքից. «Միգուցե նա չէր ուզենա, որ այդպիսի բան լիներ, բայց այդպես ստացվել է, որովհետև երբ իշխանության են գալիս փողոցային անգրագետները, այդպես է լինում: Հայ ժողովուրդը պետք է իմանա, որ իր որոշման գինն է վճարում»: Քաղաքագետը նշում է, որ մինչ այս Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների կողմից ներկայացված Մադրիդյան սկզբունքներում, հետագայում Կազանյան համաձայնագրի շուրջ բանակցություններում և բոլոր քննարկումների ժամանակ դրված էր հետևյալ դրույթը՝ ԼՂ-ի կարգավիճակի և ԼՂ-ն Հայաստանի հետ կապող Լաչինի միջանցքի, այսպես ասած, խնդիրները թողնվելու են հետագայի քննարկմանը:

«Նոյեմբերի 9-ի համաձայնագրով ևս հենց այդ բովանդակության հիման վրա էր, որ ՌԴ-ն կարողացավ Լաչինի միջանցքը վերահսկելու պարտավորություն ստանձնել: Իսկ ի՞նչ կատարվեց հետո: Հետո Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ըստ էության, փոխեց ամբողջ տրամաբանությունը. նախ՝ արևմտյան հարթակում սկսեց հայտարարել, որ ԼՂ-ն պետք է քննարկի, թե Ադրբեջանի կազմում ինչ կարգավիճակում պետք է լինի: Անցած տարվա գարնանը հայտարարեց, որ «Արցախի կարգավիճակի հարցում պետք է նշաձողը մի փոքր իջեցնենք», հետո արդեն Պրահայում փաստացի պաշտոնապես հաստատեց ասվածը»,-նշեց Երվանդ Բոզոյանը:
