Լինում է, չի լինում, մի կարմրաթուշիկ է լինում, ով բախտի բերմամբ, թե պատահմամբ հայտնվում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ո՛չ ավել, ո՛չ պակաս օրենսդիր մարմնում: ԱԺ-ում, իհարկե, կան չարաճճի մանդատավորներ, որոնք ներկայանում են միայն «կնոպկա» սեղմելու, լրագրողների հետ շփվելու եւ սեփական տգիտությունն աշխարհին ի ցույց դնելու համար, սակայն այդ տղաների շարքը համալրվում է մեկ «ուհի»-ով, ով աչքի է ընկնում իր սահմանափակ հնարավորություններով: Սակայն ինչո՞ւ սահմանափակ` կիմանաք ընթացքում:
Խոսքը ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Մարինե Մարաբյանի մասին է: Սույն տիկինն, ում ծպտունն անգամ չի լսվում ԱԺ-ում, մշտապես աչքի է ընկել իր թվացյալ համեստիկ պահվածքով: Նկատենք, որ վերջինս նիստերի դահլիճում հայտնվում է քվեարկությունից քվեարկություն, գալիս սեղմում ու «թռնում» է: Մարաբյանի՝ ԱԺ միջանցքներում բացած արագության «ձիաուժի» վրա շատերն են զարմանում, տիկինն այնպես է ծլկում, ինչպես ճողոպրում են առնետները նավը խորտակվելիս: Թե ինչո՞վ է պայմանավորված, որ նա ԱԺ է ներկայանում «տոնից տոն», իսկ հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ անգամ մեկ հարց չի հնչեցնում, փորձեցինք ճշտել պատգամավորուհուց, ով լրագրողիս տեսնելիս կարծես թե կաթվածահար եղավ.
«Դահլիճում չեմ մասնակցում քննարկումներին: Հանձնաժողովում, եւ մնացած ոչ էդքան հանրային բաներում, մասնակցում ու գալիս եմ»: Ի պատասխան մեր զարմանքին եւ հարցադրմանը, բայց չէ՞ որ դուք իրավունք ունեք նաեւ դահլիճում հարցեր բարձրացնել, Մարաբյանը պատասխանեց. «Իրավունք ունեմ, բայց ցանկություն չունեմ դահլիճում, որովհետեւ հարցերիս պատասխանները ստանում եմ համապատասխան աշխատանքներում, այսքանով սահմանափակվենք, ոնց որ պատասխանեցի ձեր բոլոր հարցերին, ես ոչ ցանկություն ունեմ, ոչ էլ ժամանակ պատասխանելու համար ձեր տխմար հարցերին»:
Իհարկե մի փոքր դժվար է ընկալել օրենսդիր մարմնի ներկայացուցչի չափից դուրս կիրթ ու ճիշտ շարադրված միտքը:
«Հանրային ոչ էդքան բաներում մասնակցել ու գալ» ԱԺ պետք չէ, բայց պետք է գոնե թեկուզ եւ տոնից տոն շփվել սեփական ընտրազանգվածի հետ, անտեսելով այն հանգամանքը, որ ներկայումս նրանք ձեզանից «յախա են թափ տալիս», նշելով, որ մյուս ընտրություններին անգամ կիլոներով շոկոլադներ «գրեֆ» անելու դեպքում, նրանք պարզապես ցույց կտան, թե որն է կարմրաթուշիկի իսկական տեղը: Ի դեպ, ուշադիր հետեւելով «մարաբյանական նյարդային պահվածքին», լրագրողի հետ շփման ձեւին եւ նրա կողմից հնչեցված որակավորումներին, հստակ կարող ենք ասել, որ տիկնոջն անհապաղ հանգստանալ է պետք:
Նման անդաստիարակ պահվածք դրսեւորելու դեպքում այլապես, «թոկից փախած» կնոջ սանձահարումը կլինի շատ դաժան` միգուցե արդեն էթիկայի հանձնաժողովի կողմից: Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է ԱԺ-ում, իսկ ավելի կոնկրետ նիստերի դահլիճում, իրավունքի եւ ցանկությունների շիլաշփոթին, նշենք, որ ԱԺ-ն ցանկանալ-չցանկանալու վայր չէ, դրա համար այլ վայրեր կան, որտեղ հարցուպատասխան տալու անգամ ժամանակ չի լինի:
Դեկորատիվ բնույթի սույն տիկնոջը հարկավոր է հիշեցնել, որ ԱԺ-ում սովորաբար հավաքվում են մարդիկ, ովքեր կարող են լուծել կարեւորագույն խնդիրներ՝ ի շահ ժողովրդի, հետո՞ ինչ, որ նա պատահմամբ հայտնվել է իրեն ոչ հարիր վայրում:
