Վարդենիսի ուղղությամբ տեղակայված ինժեներա-սակրավորային ստորաբաժանման կացարանում տեղի ունեցած ողբերգությունից հետո քննարկվող հիմնական հարցերից է՝ բանակային կորպուսի հրամանատարության «գլխատման»՝ պաշտոնից ազատման խնդիրը:

Կորպուսի հրամանատարը, շտաբի պետը, մարտական հերթապահության, բարոյահոգեբանական, սպառազինության ու թիկունքի գծով տեղակալներն ազատվել են զբաղեցրած պաշտոններից:

Պաշտոնից ազատվել են նաև այդ հատվածում տեղակայված բրիգադի շտաբի պետը, սպառազինության գծով տեղակալը, ինժեներական ծառայության պետը, զորամասի ինժեներական-սակրավորային վաշտի հրամանատարը:

Արդյո՞ք տեղի ունեցած պետք է տեղավորվեր պաշտոնից ազատված հրամանատարական կազմի ազատման տրամաբանության մեջ՝ ոչ:
Կայի՞ն պաշտոնյաներ, որոնք ծառայության, վերակարգի բերումով ունեին պատասխանատվության իրենց բաժինը և կարող էին ազատվել՝ այո, բայց դա այն դեպքում, եթե նվազագույնը ծառայողական քննությունն արվեր ու համապատասխան եզրակացությունների նյութ ապահովեր:

Դեռ չեմ խոսում այն մասին, որ քրեական գործ է հարուցված, իսկ ողբերգության հանգամանքները կարող են հանգեցնել նույնիսկ տարբեր սպաների քրեական գործով որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու ու իրավական պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու գործընթացի:

Սակայն իրադարձություններից առաջ ընկնելով, մեղավորներ նշանակելով ու սահմանագծի մի մեծ հատվածի պահպանությունն իրականացնող զորամիավորման հրամկազմին խաղից հանելով, իշխանությունը փորձում է սեփական կաշին փրկել, պատասխանատվությունից փախչել:

Սա այն դեպքում, որ այդքան հրամանատարների պաշտոններից ազատելն ու հանրայնացնելը ազդանշան է թշնամուն առ այն, որ սահմանագծի տվյալ հատվածի հրամանատարությունն ամբողջությամբ փոփոխության է ենթարկվել:

Իսկ նման պայմաններում, եթե նույնիսկ նշանակվեն բանիմաց ու արժանի հրամանատարներ, ցանկացած դեպքում նրանց որոշակի ժամանակ է անհրաժեշտ իրենց գործառույթներին տիրապետելու ու բանակային կորպուսի արդյունավետ կառավարման առումով:

Իշխանությունը սեփական աթոռի մասին մտածելով վտանգում է ՀՀ սահմանագծի կարևոր ուղղություններից մեկը՝ նոր սպառնալիք ստեղծում Հայաստանի համար:
Կրկնում եմ՝ խնդիրն այն չէ, որ տեղի ունեցած ողբերգությունը միկրո մակարդակում նաև հետևանք էր որոշ սպաների անգործության կամ վատ ծառայության, խնդիրն այն է, որ այս աղետում կենտրոնացված էր զինված ուժերում առկա բոլոր խնդիրները մեկ ամբողջության մեջ, որի պայմաններում բանակային միավորման հրամկազմի այս մասշտաբի պաշտոնանկությունները շատ ավելի մեծ անվտանգային սպառնալիքների են հանգեցնելու:
