Երեկ Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի նիստի օրակարգում ներառված էր նաև հանդիպում-քննարկում ՀՀ ԱԳ, այսպես կոչված, նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանի հետ:Գրում է  ՀՀԿ  փոխնախագահ  Արմեն  Աշոտյանը:
Հատկանշական էր, որ այդ հանդիպումն իրականացվեց փակ ձևաչափով և մեզ հասանելի է միայն Արարատ Միրզոյանի ելույթի սղագրությունը, որ տեղադրված է ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական կայքում:
Ցավոք, եվրոխորհրդարանականների հետ հարցուպատասխանի հատվածը հրապարակված չէ, ինչը, իհարկե, բազմաթիվ ենթադրությունների տեղիք է տալիս:
Բայց այս գրառմանս առիթը դա չէ. ծանոթանալով Արարատի ելույթին՝ աչք ծակեց այն հատվածը, որտեղ Արարատ Միրզոյանն առաջին անգամ խոստովանում է, որ Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան բանակցություններն Արցախի հարցից տարանջատելու առաջարկն արել է Ադրբեջանը և պաշտոնական Երևանը համաձայնել է Ադրբեջանի այդ առաջարկին:
Դեռևս ամիսներ առաջ և առ այսօր մենք աղաղակում էինք այն մասին, որ այդպիսի տարանջատում իրականացնել չի կարելի, որ չի կարելի Արցախին թողնել Ադրբեջանի հետ դեմ-հանդիման, որ այդպիսի բանակցային մարտավարությունն Արցախին դավաճանելու հերթական դիվանագիտական արարն է և չի բխում Հայաստանի և Արցախի շահերից:
Իշխանության ոհմակի ներկայացուցիչներն այդ գաղափարը սկզբից ներկայացնում էին որպես սեփական նախաձեռնություն՝ ամիսներ առաջ Արմեն Գրիգորյանի, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և այլ մանր-մունր ուսապարկերի շուրթերով, հետո փորձում էին ակնարկել, որ այդպիսի մարտավարություն են որդեգրել, քանի որ կա միջազգային խաղացողների նման նախատրամադրվածություն:
Եվ ահա, վերջապես, երեկ Արարատ Միրզոյանը խոստովանեց այն, ինչի մասին կռահում էինք բոլորս։ Պաշտոնական Երևանը, ի դեմս Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, շարունակում է պարել Իլհամ Ալիևի տրամբոնի տակ:
Եւ բնականաբար այդ ռեգիոնալ և աշխարհաքաղաքական պորտապարը, որ իրականացնում է Նիկոլը, արվում է Հայաստանի, հայ ժողովրդի երկարաժամկետ շահերի հաշվին:
