Վերջին օրերին ավելի ու ավելի նկատելի են դառնում եվրոպական մի շարք երկրների ու կառույցների կամ նրանց ներկայացուցիչների թիրախային գնահատականներն ու հայտարարությունները Արցախի շուրջ տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունների կապակցությամբ: Ավելի հաճախակի են դարձել արցախցիների շահերն ու իրավունքները պաշտպանող և Ադրբեջանի գործողությունները դատապարտող գնահատականները, ինչը նշանակում է, որ իրական տեղեկատվության փոխանցման և ընդհանրապես նշյալ երկրների ու կառույցների հետ տարվող աշխատանքների առումով զգալի առաջընթաց կա:
