Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարար, Օպերատիվ շտաբի պետ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի ղեկավարությամբ այսօր տեղի ունեցած շտաբի նիստում քննարկվել են Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի շարունակվող շրջափակման պայմաններում բնակչության կենսագործունեության ապահովմանը վերաբերող մի շարք հարցեր: Այս մասին հայտնում են ԱՀ պետական նախարարի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Ներկայացվել է պարենային ապրանքների, բենզինի և դիզվառելիքի շուկաներում, ենթակառուցվածքների ոլորտում ընթացիկ իրավիճակը: Զեկուցվել է, որ կտրոնային համակարգի ներդրումը որոշակի չափով մեղմել է պարենային խնդիրը, սակայն շրջափակման հետևանքով բնակչությունը շարունակում է զրկված մնալ մի շարք կարևոր ապրանքատեսակներ ձեռք բերելու հնարավորությունից: Ինչ վերաբերում է բենզինի և դիզվառելիքի շուկայում իրավիճակին, ապա նշվել է, որ առկա է պաշարների սղություն և կարևորվել է խիստ խնայողական ռեժիմի պահպանումը:

Նիստի ընթացքում քննարկվել են նաև գարնան գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքների նախապատրաստական և գարնանացանի կազմակերպման հարցեր: Պետնախարարը գարնանացանի՝ պատշաճ ժամկետներում իրականացման խնդիրը կարևոր է համարել հատկապես պարենային անվտանգության տեսանկյունից՝ նշելով, որ սերմերի տեղափոխման հետ կապված ներկայումս աշխատանքներ են իրականացվում:

Հիշեցնենք, որ դեկտեմբերի 12-ին մի խումբ ադրբեջանցիներ` «բնապահպանական» պատճառաբանություններով ժամը 10:30-ից փակել են Ստեփանակերտ-Գորիս մայրուղու Շուշի-Քարին տակ հատվածը՝ ոտնահարելով քաղաքացիական բնակչության կենսական շահերն ու իրավունքները: Այսօրվա դրությամբ ճանապարհը շարունակում է փակ մնալ: Արցախի ԱԽ նիստում որոշում է կայացվել դիմել ՌԴ Արցախի Հանրապետությունում տեղակայված ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորակազմի հրամանատարությանը՝ անընդունելի համարելով միջանցքի փակումը, որը բերելու է Արցախում հումանիտար աղետի:
