Արցախի խորհրդարանական բոլոր 5 ուժերը հայտարարությամբ արձագանքել են ՀՀ իշխող ուժի պարբերական դարձած այն մեկնաբանություններին, որոնք կասկածի տակ են դնում Արցախյան ազգային-ազատագրական պայքարի նշանակությունը և Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքը, պառակտում մտցնում ազգի ներսում:
 
Խմբակցությունները, խստորեն դատապարտելով նման վտանգավոր վարքագիծը, համոզմունք են հայտնում, որ այդօրինակ արտահայտությունները ոչ միայն չեն բխում հայ ժողովրդի շահերից, այլև ջուր են լցնում թուրք- ադրբեջանական տանդեմի ջրաղացին:
 
Ողջունելով այս և նման իրավիճակներում Արցախի խորհրդարանի օպերատիվ արձագանքը, կարծում եմ, որ ՀՀ իշխող ուժի հայտարարություններն առավել վտանգավոր դաշտ են ձևավորում Հայաստանի ու Արցախի շուրջ, նպաստում ադրբեջանական ագրեսիվ գործողությունների լեգիտիմացմանը:
 
«Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցությունը իր հայտարարություններում և գործողություններում մշտապես հիմք է ընդունում արցախյան պայքարի հիմքում դրված գաղափարներն ու սկզբունքները, իսկ ինքնորոշման սկզբունքի իրացման և դրա միջազգային ճանաչման գործընթացը համարում է Արցախի հարցով տարվելիք բանակցությունների անկյունաքարը:
 
Կարևորելով Արցախի խորհրդարանի, խորհրդարանական խմբակցությունների հետ ակտիվ, արդյունավետ գործակցությունը, որի հիմքում տարբեր ձևաչափերով տասնամյակների աշխատանքային հսկայական փորձն է, ևս մեկ անգամ վերահաստատում եմ, որ մեր խմբակցությունը, մեր քաղաքական ուժը` ՀՀԿ-ն, արել և անելու են առավելագույնը Արցախում ապրող մեր հայրենակիցների` սեփական օջախներում խաղաղ և անվտանգ ապրելու, սեփական ճակատագիրը տնօրինելու հարցում:
 
Արցախի ինքնորոշման իրավունքը պետք է իրացվի և միջազգայնորեն ճանաչվի, այլընտրանքն Արցախի հայաթափումն ու ֆիզիկական սպառնալիքներն են:
