Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիները Հայաստանում բնակարան ու բնակելի տուն են գնել

Մինչ օրս ՀՀ–ում Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիների կողմից իրականացվել է անշարժ գույքի իրավունքի պետական գրանցման 8 գործարք, իսկ Թուրքիայի քաղաքացիների կողմից` 82։ Այս մասին հայտնում է Sputnik Արմենիա գործակալությունը:

Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիները 2022թ–ի ընթացքում Հայաստանում 2 անշարժ գույք են ձեռք բերել։

Այս մասին Sputnik Արմենիային հայտնել են ՀՀ անշարժ գույքի կադաստրի կոմիտեից` ի պատասխան գրավոր հարցման։

Ստացված տեղեկանքի համաձայն` Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիները 2022թ–ի ընթացքում 1 բնական են ձեռք բերել Երևանի բազմաբնակարան շենքերից մեկում և 1 անհատական բնակելի տուն` Լոռու մարզում։

Կադաստրից նաև հայտնում են, որ Թուրքիայի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիները 2022թ–ին ՀՀ–ում 11 անշարժ գույք են գնել` 11 բնակարան Երևանի բազմաբնակարան շենքերում։ Մարզերում Թուրքիայի քաղաքացիներն անշարժ գույք չեն գնել։

Նշվում է նաև, որ անցյալ տրվա ընթացքում Ադրբեջանի ու Թուրքիայի քաղաքացիները Հայաստանում ոչ մի անշարժ գույք չեն վաճառել։

Նշենք, որ այդ երկրների քաղաքացիների ազգությունը Կադաստրի կոմիտեից ստացված պատասխանում չի հստակեցվում։

Հավելենք, որ Կադաստրի կոմիտեի ավելի վաղ հրապարակած տվյալներով` մինչև 2022 թվականը ՀՀ–ում Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիների կողմից իրականացվել է անշարժ գույքի իրավունքի պետական գրանցման 6 գործարք, իսկ Թուրքիայի քաղաքացիների կողմից` 71։

Թուրքիայի քաղաքացիները Հայաստանում 54 բնակարան են գնել, 2 բնակարան նվեր ստացել, 1-ը` փոխանակել։ Բացի այդ, գնել են նաև 5 բնակելի տուն, 1 ավտոտնակ, 8 հասարակական նշանակության գույք և 12 հողակտոր։

Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիների կողմից իրականացվել է անշարժ գույքի ձեռքբերման 6 գործարք։

Այսպիսով` մինչ օրս ՀՀ–ում Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիները ձեռք են բերել 8, Թուրքիայի քաղաքացիները` 82 անշարժ գույք։

Ինչո՞ւ են բարձրացել բնակարանների գները. կադաստրում դա ՌԴ–ից տեղափոխվածների հետ չեն կապում

Թուրքիայի քաղաքացիություն ունեցող անձինք առաջին անգամ Հայաստանում անշարժ գույք են գնել 2005 թվականին, իսկ Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիություն ունեցողները` 2012-ին։
