«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

rueconomics.ru –ն «Խազինը բացատրել է, թե ինչպես է Թուրքիայում տեղի ունեցած երկրաշարժը խափանել Ռուսաստանի դեմ վաղուց հասունացած պլանը» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ փետրվարյան երկրաշարժերը Թուրքիայում տապալեցին Ռուսաստանի վաղեմի ու հիմնական հակառակորդների ծրագրերը նրա հարավային սահմաններում։ Այս մասին պատմել է հայտնի տնտեսագետ Միխայիլ Խազինը։ Այդ երկրաշարժերը լուրջ ազդեցություն ունեցան համաշխարհային քաղաքականության վրա։ Խազինի խոսքով, դա առաջին հերթին վերաբերում է Մեծ Բրիտանիային։ Լոնդոնը ձգտում է դառնալ գլոբալ խաղացողների ակումբի անդամ, ընդ որում՝ միանգամից երկու ուղղությամբ։ Տնտեսագետը նշել է «նոր Յալթա» (ԱՄՆ, Ռուսաստան, Չինաստան, Հնդկաստան և, հնարավոր է, Բրազիլիա) ընկնելու բրիտանացիների ցանկությունը։ Նաև Միացյալ Թագավորությունը ցանկանում է հավասարվել ԱՄՆ-ին նոր AUKUS դաշինքում:

«Բայց խնդիրն այն է, որ Լոնդոնը ռեսուրսներ չունի: Հետևաբար, Լոնդոնն իր հզոր գործակալների միջոցով խաղում է երրորդ երկրների միջոցով: Իսկ Թուրքիան Լոնդոնի խաղում առանցքային է։ Պատկերացրեք, որ դուք պոկեր եք խաղում, ձեր ձեռքում կա ջոկեր, և հանկարծ ինչ-որ մեկը ձեզանից խլում է այդ խաղաքարտը: Այսպիսով, ջոկերը խլել են Լոնդոնից։ Թուրքիան առաջիկա ամիսներին, իսկ գուցե ավելի երկար ժամանակ, չի միջամտի ոչ մի քաղաքական խաղի»,- ասել է Խազինը։ Բրիտանացիները պատրաստվում էին օգտագործել Թուրքիային Ռուսաստանի վրա ճնշում գործադրելու համար՝ հրահրելով նոր ճգնաժամեր Մերձավոր Արևելքում և Անդրկովկասում։ Դա առաջին հերթին, ըստ փորձագետի, վերաբերում է Հայաստանին, Սիրիային ու Իրանին։ Այնուամենայնիվ, երկրաշարժերից հետո Անկարայի բոլոր ուժերն ու ռեսուրսները կուղղվեն բնական աղետի հետևանքների վերացմանը, ինչը Թուրքիային դուրս է մղում բրիտանական «խաղաթղթերի կապոցից» և, հետևաբար, խափանում է նրա հակառուսական ծրագրերը։

«Բրիտանական տրամաբանությունը հետևյալն էր. «Մենք հիմա այնպիսի բան կկազմակերպենք Ռուսաստանի հարավային սահմաններում, որ նա ինքը կգա խոնարհվելու մեզ, և մենք նրա հետ կպայմանավորվենք Եվրամիության բաժանման հարցում: Բայց հիմա Ռուսաստանի հարավային սահմաններում ամեն ինչ կարգին է։ Հետևաբար, եթե Ռուսաստանը անգամ բանակցի Բրիտանիայի հետ, ապա դա կլինի ուժի դիրքերից»,– ասել է Խազինը։ Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը, ըստ տնտեսագետի, հազիվ թե ցանկանար բախում Իրանի հետ, բայց չէր կարող բացահայտորեն հակադրվել նման սցենարին։ Երկրաշարժը Էրդողանին հնարավորություն է տալիս կենտրոնանալ բացառապես ներքաղաքական ու սոցիալ-տնտեսական խնդիրների վրա։ Այսպիսով, Ռուսաստանի հարավային «ստորոտում» հակամարտություն հրահրողները, ինչպես նշել է Խազինը, ձախողվել են։
