Ադրբեջանի կողմից նոր էսկալացիայի հրահրման վտանգը շարունակում է մնալ բարձր: Այս մասին ասել է ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը՝ ԱԳՆ-ում Եվրոպայի Խորհրդի Հայաստանի համար իրականացվող գործողությունների 2023-2026թ.թ. ծրագրի մեկնարկի արարողության շրջանակում իր ելույթում:

«Մենք ապրում ենք անվտանգային բազում սպառնալիքներով լի տարածաշրջանում: Ավելի քան 2 ամիս է, ինչ Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լաչինի միջանցքի շրջափակման հետևանքով շարունակվում է հումանիտար ճգնաժամը ԼՂ-ում»,-ասել է Միրզոյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է պատանդառության մեջ պահել հայ ռազմագերիներին և քաղաքացիական անձանց, բազմաթիվ անհետ կորած անձանց և բռնի անհետացածների ճակատագիրը մնում է չպարզված: 2021 թվականի մայիսին և նոյեմբերին, ինչպես նաև 2022 թ սեպտեմբերին ձեռնարկված ագրեսիայի հետևանքով ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքները հայտնվել են ադրբեջանական օկուպացիայի ներքո: «Իսկ Ադրբեջանի կողմից նոր էսկալացիայի հրահրման վտանգը շարունակում է մնալ բարձր»,-նշել է Միրզոյանը:
