Երեկ՝ փետրվարի 23-ին, կրակոցներ են հնչել Երևանում։ Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է shamshyan.com կայքը՝ ժամը 23։15-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության, Ոստիկանության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն մի քանի քաղաքացիներից, րոպեների տարբերությամբ, ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Կիևյան փողոցում գործող «ՍԱՍ» սուպերմարկետի մոտ հնչել են կրակոցներ և սպիտակ գույնի ավտոմեքենան վրաերթի է ենթարկել 2 քաղաքացու։

«Արմենիա» բժշկական կենտրոնից Ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ իրենց մոտ են տեղափոխվել 2 քաղաքացի, ովքեր հայտնել են, որ վնասվածքները ստացել են վրաերթի ենթարկվելուց հետո։ Հիվանդանոց մեկնած ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ վիրավորները Երևանի բնակիչներ 25-ամյա Քրիստինա Ս․-ն է և 90-ամյա Ծովինար Շ․-ն։

Պարզել են, որ նշված անձինք հիվանդանոց են տեղափոխվել Կիևյան 1 հասցեում գործող «ՍԱՍ» սուպերմարկետի մոտից։  Նաև պարզել են, որ Կիևյան 1 հասցեում գործող «Լա Վիստա» ռեստորանային համալիրում տեղի ունեցած հարսանեկան արարողության մասնակիցներ՝ Երևանի բնակիչներ 27-ամյա Կարեն Մինասյանը, 37-ամյա Դավիթ Բուռնազյանը, 38-ամյա Նարեկ Դաբաղյանը անձնական հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանել են նույն հարսանեկան արարողության մասնակիցներից Երևանի բնակիչ 29-ամյա Անդրանիկ Ասատրյանի, Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ 20-ամյա Էդգար Ասատրյանի և Գեղարքունիքի մարզի բնակիչ 25-ամյա Հակոբ Մանուկյանի հետ։ 

Վիճաբանությունն այնուհետև վերածվել է ծեծկռտուքի, որի ժամանակ փոխադարձ հնչեցրել են հայհոյանքներ, այդ կերպ կոպտորեն խախտելով հասարակական կարգը։ Վիճաբանության ընթացքում Կ․ Մինասյանն իր մոտ պահվող գազային ատրճանակից կրակոցներ է արձակել, ապա նստել իր կողմից շահագործվող Opel մակինշի ավտոմեքենան և սկսել անկանոն վարել, այդ ընթացքում վրաերթի ենթարկելով Քրիստինա Ս․-ին և Ծովինար Շ․-ին, այնուհետև հեռացել։

Հասնելով Կոմիտասի պողոտա 16 հասցե, այնտեղ ևս կրակոց է արձակել ու վերադարձել Կիևյան փողոց 1 հասցե։ Վրաերթի ենթարկվածները հարսնաեկան արարողության մասնակիցներից են եղել։
