Հայաստանում  կապի և հեռահաղորդակցության ոլորտի «Յուքոմ» ընկերության Տնօրենների խորհուրդն այսօր հայտարարում է գլխավոր տնօրենի փոփոխության մասին: Ընկերությունը տեղեկացնում է, որ «Յուքոմ» ՓԲԸ Տնօրենների խորհուրդը և գործող գլխավոր տնօրեն Արա Խաչատրյանը փոխադարձ համաձայնության են եկել վերջինիս ղեկավար գործառույթների փոխանցման վերաբերյալ՝ շարունակելով աջակցել ընկերությանը։ «Յուքոմ» ընկերության նոր գլխավոր տնօրեն է նշանակվել Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը։

«Տնօրենների խորհրդի անունից խորին շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում Արա Խաչատրյանին՝ «Յուքոմ»-ի համար օրինակելի առաջնորդ լինելու համար: Պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում նա կարողացավ «Յուքոմ»-ը դարձնել ավելի լավը՝ բարելավելով հաճախորդներին մատուցվող ծառայությունների որակը և բարձրացնելով ընկերության գործառնական արդյունավետությունը»,- ասել է  Տնօրենների խորհրդի նախագահ Գուրգեն Խաչատրյանը։ 

Արա Խաչատրյանը գլխավոր տնօրենի պաշտոնն ստանձնել է 2020 թվականի ապրիլից: Նրա պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում «Յուքոմ» ընկերությունը գրանցել է ֆիքսված լայնաշերտ կապի՝ բոլոր ժամանակների ամենաբարձր շահույթը՝ միաժամանակ ապահովելով շուկայի մասնաբաժնի ամենաարագ աճը մրցակիցների շրջանում:

«Ինձ համար մեծագույն պատիվ և պատասխանատվություն էր ծառայել մարդկանց, բաժանորդներին և Ucom-ի թիմին որպես գլխավոր տնօրեն։ Մենք միասին մուտք  գործեցինք աննախադեպ աճի դարաշրջան՝ միաժամանակ հավատարիմ մնալով մեր հիմնական, մարդակենտրոն արժեքներին ու առաքելությանը: Հպարտ եմ, որ աշխատել եմ «Յուքոմ»-ի մարդկանց հետ, որոնք ցուցաբերել են մեծ նվիրվածություն՝ օգնելով առաջ տանել ընկերությունը վերափոխման  ընթացքում»,- ասել է Արա Խաչատրյանը։

Ներկայումս «Յուքոմ»-ը շարժվում է նոր ուղղությամբ և պատրաստվում է կյանքի կոչել զարգացման նոր ռազմավարությունը, որը նաև կապահովի տեխնոլոգիական ու բովանդակային առաջընթաց և լայն հնարավորություններ Հայաստանի համար:

Այդ տեսանկյունից է կարևորվել  գլխավոր  տնօրենի պաշտոնում Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանի  նշանակումը, որը  հաղորդակցության ոլորտում  ունի երկարամյա հաջողված փորձառություն ու մեծ ներդրում:

«Վստահ ենք, որ Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանի կողմից  «Յուքոմ»-ի  առաջնորդության ստանձնումը պատմական ու նշանակալի իրադարձություն է ընկերության համար: Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը ոգեշնչող, աշխատասեր և վճռական առաջնորդ է, որը գիտի՝ ինչպես բացահայտել և խթանել աճը: Ավելին՝ Ռալֆը մարդկային անփոխարինելի և կառավարչական բարձր որակներ ունեցող անհատականություն է, որը կարողանում է հեշտությամբ և արագորեն հաղորդակցվել  թիմի անդամների հետ։ Տնօրենների խորհուրդը մեծապես վստահում է Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանի փորձին ու ինստիտուցիոնալ գիտելիքին` երկարաժամկետ հեռանկարում «Յուքոմ»-ի շարունակական առաջընթացն ապահովելու և շուկայում առաջատարի դիրքը պահպանելու  համար», - ասել է Տնօրենների խորհրդի նախագահ Գուրգեն Խաչատրյանը:
