ԱՐՄԲՐՈԿԸ դարձել է Ակբա բանկի բաժնետոմսերի շուկա ստեղծող

2023 թվականի մարտի 1-ից ԱՐՄԲՐՈԿ ներդրումային ընկերությունն իրականացնելու է Ակբա բանկի՝ Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսայում (AMX) շրջանառվող բաժնետոմսերի շուկա ստեղծողի գործառույթները: 

Ակբա բանկի՝ 55 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ ընդհանուր ծավալով հասարակ անվանական բաժնետոմսերն ընդգրկված են AMX-ի «Ա» լավագույն ցուցակում և ներկայում ամենաակտիվ շրջանառվող արժեթղթերից են։ Միայն վերջին ամսվա ընթացքում Ակբա բանկի բաժնետոմսերով կատարված գործարքների ծավալը կազմել է շուրջ 42 մլն ՀՀ դրամ:  

Շուկա ստեղծողի կարգավիճակում ԱՐՄԲՐՈԿՆ իրականացնելու է բորսայում բաժնետոմսերի գնման և վաճառքի անընդհատ գնանշումներ՝ ապահովելով Ակբա բանկի բաժնետոմսերի բացարձակ իրացվելիությունը երկրորդային շուկայում: 

Ըստ Ակբա բանկի գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Հակոբ Անդրեասյանի՝ բորսայում  ԱՐՄԲՐՈԿ ընկերության ներգրավումը՝ որպես Ակբա բանկի բաժնետոմսերի շուկա ստեղծող, ևս մեկ քայլ է բանկի առկա և ապագա բաժնետերերի համար արժեթղթերի գնման և վաճառքի շահավետ պայմանների ստեղծման ուղղությամբ:  Ակբա բանկի գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրենի խոսքով այն կնպաստի շուկայում բանկի բաժնետոմսերի շրջանառության ծավալների հետագա ավելացմանը և բանկի արժեթղթերի նկատմամբ վստահության ամրապնդմանը:   

ԱՐՄԲՐՈԿԻ գլխավոր տնօրեն Արամ Կայֆաջյանը ևս շեշտեց բորսայում շուկա ստեղծողի առկայության կարևորությունը՝ արժեթղթի շրջանառության ցուցանիշների և գնագոյացման գործընթացի տեսանկյունից: Նա նշեց, որ, իբրև Հայաստանում ֆոնդային բորսայի հիմնադիր անդամ, ԱՐՄԲՐՈԿՆ ունի լայն փորձ՝ մասնավորապես շուկա ստեղծողի գործառույթների կազմակերպման բնագավառում: Ըստ Կայֆաջյանի, ԱՐՄԲՐՈԿՆ ուրախ է Հայաստանի խոշորագույն բանկերից մեկի՝ Ակբա բանկի հետ համագործակցելու այս համապարփակ նախաձեռնության շրջանակում և պատրաստ է ինչպես բանկին, այնպես էլ նրա բաժնետերերին մատուցել ամենաբարձր որակի ծառայությունները:
