Ակնհայտ է, որ ոչ թե միջազգային հանրությունն է Արցախի հարցով նշաձող իջեցրել, ինչպես Փաշինյանն էր մեկ տարի առաջ պնդում, երբ հրաժարվում էր Արցախի անկախության և Ադրբեջանի կազմից դուրս գործելու մոտեցումից.Աբրահամյան

 ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր   Տիգրան  Աբրահամյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Օլաֆ Շոլցի հայտարարությունն այն մասին, թե «անհրաժեշտ է հասնել խաղաղ հանգուցալուծման Հայասատանի և Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականության, ինչպես նաև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի քաղաքացիների ինքնորոշման տեսանկյունից, ընդ որում, այս բոլոր սկզբունքները հավասարազոր են», ուշագրավ է ոչ միայն ինքնորոշման իրավունքի սկզբունքի արծարծման տեսանկյունից:
 
Գերմանիայի կանցլերի և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հանդիպման ընթացքում, որտեղ Շոլցը խոսում էր արցախցիների ինքնորոշման իրավունքի սկզբունքի իրացման մասին և, ի դեպ, այն կրկնեց իրեն ուղղված հարցադրումներից մեկի ժամանակ, Փաշինյանը նույն հանդիպման ժամանակ կրկին «նշաձողը» իջեցրեց և խոսեց բացառապես արցախցիների իրավունքների և ազատությունների մասին:
 
Ըստ Փաշինյանի` «2020թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարության ստորագրումից հետո Հայաստանը ջանք չի խնայել Ադրբեջանի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորմանը հասնելու և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդի իրավունքներն ու անվտանգությունն ապահովելու համար»:
 
ՌԴ-ն խոսում է Արցախի կարգավիճակի հարցը հաջորդ սերունդներին թողնելու մասին, այսինքն` կարգավիճակի հարցը փակված չի համարում, Գերմանիան, որը ԵՄ առանցքային երկրներից է, կանցլերի մակարդակով խոսում Արցախի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի կարևորության մասին, իսկ ՀՀ իշխանությունը շարունակում է պնդել ադրբեջանական թեզերը` բացառապես արցախցիների իրավունքների և ազատությունների մասով, ինչն ամբողջապես տեղավորվում է Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականության և ինքնիշխանության տիրույթում:
 
Ակնհայտ է, որ ոչ թե միջազգային հանրությունն է Արցախի հարցով նշաձող իջեցրել, ինչպես Փաշինյանն էր մեկ տարի առաջ պնդում, երբ հրաժարվում էր Արցախի անկախության և Ադրբեջանի կազմից դուրս գործելու մոտեցումից, այլ կոնկրետ ՀՀ իշխանությունն ի դեմս Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, որովհետև նա Արցախի անկախության գործընթացի փոխարեն առաջ է մղում նրա հանձնման գաղափարը
