Երեք զոհ և վիրավոր ունենք այսօր Արցախում տեղի ունեցած ադբեջանական ահաբեկչական գործողությունների արդյունքում: Ուժ և կորով զոհերի հարազատներին, վիրավորներին՝ շուտափույթ ապաքինում:

Սա «խաղաղասիրության կոչերի», «միասին հնարավոր խաղաղ կեցության» և «արցախահայության անվտանգությունը երաշխավորող» բռնապետական Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների տիպիկ ձեռագիրն է: Խաղաղ բնակչությանն ամիսներ շարունակ շրջափակման մեջ պահելուց, ահաբեկելուց և հումանիտար ճգնաժամ ստեղծելուց հետո ծավալապաշտական նկրտումներով պետությունն արդեն գործի է դնում ուժի կիրառումը:

Մինչդեռ ուժի կիրառումն ու դրա սպառնալիքը պետք է բացառվեն ցանկացած պարագայում: Իհարկե, արցախցին միշտ է պատրաստ պայքարի և արցախցին պայքարում է նաև այսօր՝ ամուր կառչած մնալով իր հայրենիքին:

Արցախը երբեք չի կարող լինել Ադրբեջանի կազմում, արցախցին չի կարող ապրել ադրբեջանցու հետ. սա անժխտելի, բացահայտ ճշմարտությունն է, որը պարտավոր են ընդունել բոլորը:

Ցավոք, ալիևյան ռեժիմի վայրագություններին միջազգային հանրությունը լավագույն դեպքում արձագանքում է խաղաղության կոչերով,  անհետևանք հայտարարություններով։

Անհրաժեշտ է, որ միջազգային հանրությունն անհապաղ միջոցներ ձեռնարկի Հաագայի արդարադատության դատարանի որոշումը կյանքի կոչելու և արցախահայությանը պաշարումից ազատագրելու ուղղությամբ։

Միևնույն ժամանակ,  հերթական անգամ ականատես ենք լինում, որ ռուս խաղաղապահների պատասխանատվության գոտում իրականացվող հանցագործությունները չեն արժանանում Ռուսաստանի համարժեք պատասխանին, ինչը ծնում է նոր հանցագործություններ։

Այս ամենը փաստում է, որ միայն մեր հավաքական կամքի ու ուժի շնորհիվ կարող ենք ապահովել մեր անվտանգությունը։
