«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Երեկ Մոսկվայում տեղի ունեցավ Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարարներ Արարատ Միրզոյանի և Սերգեյ Լավրովի հանդիպումը, որին հաջորդեց նրանց մամուլի ասուլիսը։ «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, Միրզոյանի մոսկովյան այցը նախապես պլանավորված չի եղել, այլ կազմակերպվել է՝ ստեղծված իրավիճակով պայմանավորված։

ԱԳՆ մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, Միրզոյանը Մոսկվա է մեկնել, որպեսզի որոշակիորեն մեղմի հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններում կուտակված ու գնալով մեծացող լարվածությունը, որ ստեղծվել է ՀՀ իշխանությունների դրևսորած «հետևողական» վարքագծով (ՀԱՊԿ զորավարժություններից, ՀԱՊԿ քարտուղարի տեղակալի պաշտոնից, դեկտեմբերին նախատեսված եռակողմ հանդիպումից հրաժարում, ՀՀ-ում ԵՄ դիտորդների տեղակայում, Ռուսաստանի հասցեին կոշտ մեղադրանքներ և այլն)։

Պաշտոնական հաղորդագրությամբ, անդրադարձ է եղել հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերություններին, Լաչինի միջանցքի խնդրին և մի շարք այլ կարևոր հարցերի: Ի մասնավորի, Արարատ Միրզոյանը շեշտել է, որ «պրակտիկայում չկա եռակողմ հայտարարության որևէ դրույթ, որը Բաքուն խախտած չլինի»։ Նա նաև նշել է, թե այս տեսանկյունից Հայաստանն «ակնկալում է, որ դաշնակիցները ակտիվ քայլեր կձեռնարկեն, որպեսզի Ադրբեջանը կատարի ստանձնած պարտավորությունները և վերջ տա ուժի կիրառմանը»։

Մեր աղբյուրները տեղեկացնում են, որ Միրզոյանը ներկայացրել է նաև, այսպես կոչված, «խաղաղության պայմանագրի»՝ Ադրբեջանի կողմից ներկայացված փաթեթը, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի առաջարկները՝ ցանկանալով տեղում ռուսների տրամադրությունները հասկանալ։
