«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով՝ բավական ծանր ու սպասողական մթնոլորտ է տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարությունում։ Ըստ նախարարության մեր աղբյուրների, վերջին շրջանում Գնել Սանոսյանը հայտնվել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի դժգոհության «էպիկենտրոնում»։ Ի դեպ, կառավարության նիստերին ևս Փաշինյանը մի քանի անգամ կոշտ է արձագանքել Սանոսյանի պարզաբանումներին և անթաքույց ակնարկել, որ դժգոհ է նրա աշխատանքից։

Բանն այն է, որ նախարարությունը կառավարությունից ամենաշատ փող ստացողների շարքում «առաջատարներից» է, հատկապես սուբվենցիոն ծրագրերով տրամադրվող գումարների առումով, որոնց կատարման հետ կապված, սակայն, մեղմ ասած, հարցեր կան կառավարությունում։ Մյուս կողմից՝ մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, Սանոսյանը նախարարությունում իրական նախարարական լծակներ ու ազդեցություն չունի, և «ասողները» այլոք են, այդ թվում՝ ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախկին նախարար, նախկին փոխվարչապետ, հիմա պաշտպանության նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանը:

Ասում են՝ սա այդքան էլ դուր չի գալիս Սանոսյանին, և նա, ըստ մեր աղբյուրների, փորձել է որոշակի ինքնուրույնություն դրսևորել, ինչը դուր չի եկել ՔՊ «վերնախավին», այդ թվում՝ Փաշինյանին։ Կան տեղեկություններ, որ նախարարն արդեն մայիսին կարող է հրաժեշտ տալ պաշտոնին:
